3 doctors working emerge ...... it took us 3 hours to get called back and another 2 to be seen by the doctor. Horrible. Nurses at the nursing station sitting there doing nothing and googling over a baby that was here. Do your job. Horrible horrible

Some of the nurses are completely ignorant. I came with my husband but went up to the coffee shop to bring more creamer and sugar to the coffee/snack cart in the hospital side so my husband got called. When I came back and asked where he was they said he wasn't called, I asked a friend who was also there and she said he was called when she was, with that info I asked again and the nurse went to look and without asking his name said he was there. Indicating she knew who he was. Another time we were here all night when my breathing was bad and I wanted my man of 7 years to lay with me which calmed me and one nurse kept ignorantly telling him he wasn't allowed to lay with me. I have been to this hospital on 8 diff occasions with trouble breathing. Their diagnosis is asthma. I know its something deeper then that. My husband was there 4 times and got a chest x ray each time. It wasn't until the 5th time a good doctor seen bullea in his lungs which could have been caught earlier if they knew what they were doing or weren't lazy.

I am at north Hastings hospital in Bancroft and I have been sitting in the waiting room for 5.5 hours and still haven't been called into a room. This is unacceptable. It's not right. When is something going to be done.

Of the 7 staff that I encountered during my 6 hours at QHC, I can truly say they all were so friendly, professional and made me feel a lot better. I was very impressed with my experience. From the two security guards (one who made sure I'd have a way to stay in contact with my dad who couldn't come in with me due to COVID-19, and the other who made such friendly conversation), to Janice at Triage who was so friendly and even remembered to bring me ice at the end of her 12 hour shift. Then the registration staff person was so friendly and caring. Sarah, who had to take my xrays twice was so kind, calming and friendly...and also brought me more ice. The trainee doctor was so professional and kind, very thorough. He and Dr Ferreira explained everything to me and were very professional and calming. I really appreciated everyone's care and attention. I hope I never have to go back (because who wants to go to the hospital), but if I did, I know I would feel well taken care of. Thank you QHC!

Went to Emergency on Sunday Night and found the staff friendly with great attitude. I was treated quickly and efficiently. Their good natured kidding about me being a "Hatchet Man" had me in stiches literally

Never go there again been here sence 2pm and still never seem doctor now 830 pm my daughter i think broke her ankle and not even a x-ray yet priceless

Great treatment and experienced staff. Low rating is not justified. Wait times are based on type of emergency. People brought in by ambulance are not sitting in waiting rooms. My elderly parents have recived A+ treatment one that saved my dads life by quick diagnose and fast action. I also have had great care when needed.

Dr. Chapman and her staff were very attentive to my wife's needs during an emergency visit on Saturday the 23rd of August at around 8am. She was treated with respect, care, and friendliness. The staff there were courteous to both of us. 10/10 would have a medical emergency again at this hospital.

Wait time wasn’t bad at all- nurses and doctor were very kind, friendly and accommodating. I was in and out in 3 hours and I’m feeling much better. Thank you so much to the staff. For all your hard work, care and dedication.

I was impressed by my two recent visits to the emergency department which were due to a problem with my eye. The doctor was thorough and they used a telelink to review the information with a specialist. That was excellent as it was a concerning problem and good that the ER dr had access to a specialist. They also booked an appointment for me with the specialist in Trenton which was appreciated. Had I tried to get an apt myself it would have taken a much longer time. The doctor was also willing to provide me with a note for my employer and surprisingly did not charge me for it, may have been an oversight but overall I received thorough care and followup arrangements

Slow no concern for patients by most doctors nurses doing thier best as usual Some doctors either dont listen or outright just dont care.

Worst experience ever wait over 5 hours to be told to wait two more came in with severe swelling and severe back pain told to sit and wait. Hope they go threw this much pain
