I sat waiting a very long time the number 2 was in the holder, so i assumed with the door closed there was a patient in there . The nurse came out to use the washroom and was shocked to see someone waiting ( how often is she checking!)

Drove all the way from cottage and was told they are closed on Friday's even though google hours indicated open at 9am. Staff at the I.D.A. were very rude as well.

Great walk in clinic, very fast and convenient. Would have been over 5 hours at Bancroft hospital to get same results. Wonderful nurse on duty. Thanks again

Terrible place. Nurse came out to inform us that she is going for lunch and would be back in 1and a half hours. We came with our 16 months old daughter and I asked nicely if she can check her quickly because its hard waiting with small kid for a long period of time, but she was not willing to help. I feel sorry for all residents of Bancroft. Terrible person doing job that requires compassion and putting patience needs first.

I waited 2 hours and there was only a couple people ahead of me. I have never seen such a bad business model with nobody to greet you and explain the process. I grabbed number 2 from the “now serving” and falsely assumed I would be seen quickly. If I had know it would take this long, I would have left. There’s a lineup of people here so the place is clearly busy. Not cool! I was also sitting on a chair in an aisle because the walk in is next to the pharmacy so all the seats were taken and I could tell I was in the way. The nurse was very nice but I had no idea the doctor was only teleconference. That’s right, no doctor at the clinic. When I asked if the nurse would check one other thing while I was there, I was told I would have to come back. I walk with a cane and had waited 2 hours already! I am exceptionally disappointed in the service I received but don’t blame the nurse for denying me more care. There was a bunch of people waiting.

The Doctor No-Showed for the scheduled Appointment. We were up on Lake Baptiste and my son developed an infected finger. We looked online and found The Bancroft Good Doctors Clinic.The process to book went smoothly and we received a call from a nurse/reception to collect more info in advance of the scheduled appointment. We also received confimation emails. When the scheduled time came, no call. We waited an hour and then contact the nurse/receptionist via email to indicated we had not had a call fom the MD. At no time did we receive a call back, an apology or any kind of acknowledgement for a complete lack of service. Would not recommend this service.

This is a unique walk-in clinic. There are 7 -8 seats as a waiting area in the middle of the store, so previous reviews are accurate that there is a lack of seating. The door to the walk-in clinic is actually the nurses office, so there is no official way to announce yourself if she is already with a patient, so you must take a number from the wall. Beware that these numbers are not the paper ones from a machine but laminated (it probably has cooties on it), so perhaps pick them up with your sleeve or gloves or bring a wet wipe. We waited about 4 minutes to get in - middle of the day during Christmas break and only one other patient was just finishing up. Keep in mind there is no doctor, only a nurse, so the neat thing is that the nurse takes a photo of whatever the issue is on your body and emails to whichever doctor is online at the time (we were there for stitches removal). The doctor quickly Skyped in on the computer screen and ok’d the nurse to perform the task. We were about in about 8 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Another crappy business model. Only in inbreed ,boring , snotty , Bancroft ,Ontario If there was a zero rating this so called clinic would get it.
