Went in for sinus, got treated as a positive Corvid patient. The Dr. tested me and left it on the desk. I didn't get contacted about a result either way. My sinuses weren't treated either. However, I've been there for blood work and that went well and staff/nurses were nice.

This facility is a joke. It is staffed by nurses that hate their job and have no business dealing with the public. They have the worst bedside manner I have ever seen in a health care facility, and they have zero compassion. The Doctors, with the exception of a very few, need to go back to medical school. I plan on writing a strongly worded letter to the administrator, and ask that these nurses be given either an attitude adjustment, or their walking papers. I am tired of the disrespect I get on the rare occasion that I will even darken their doors. I know I am not the only one that feels this way. During my last visit, I overheard a number of people complaining. Not about the quality of care they were receiving, but about the excessive wait times, and the terrible attitude of the nurses. Get your act together.

I might have a blood clot in my arm. No one was in the waiting room, got in right away.... then hours of nothing. I actually left without treatment. I highly recommend, either calling your family doctor and booking an ultrasound through them or driving to Medicine Hat or Calgary, as Lethbridge was also too long of a wait time either.

Call desk was rude. When I had to get blood work done after the nurse practitioner sent me the lady at the front desk almost sent me home and acted like she was doing me a massive favour for admitting me anyway because I forgot my healthcare card at home and I didn’t come in with it despite the stat bloodwork requested by the actual clinic. I know you’re in tough with hospital stuff in a small town but if you have other choices take them.

we called the physiotherapy department to book an appointment and we were mocked and made fun of by the lady who answered the phone. there was absolutely no reason for her RUDE snide comments. i was absolutely appalled to be treated with such disrespect. zero stars.

Worst hospital I have ever been to. Staff is beyond rude, wait times are awful. The doctors never read your file and tell you false information. I was supposed to get a CT scan today in lethbridge and emergency doctor told me it was on a priority list. Wasted 10 hours waiting in lethbridge for a call just to find out I'm on a wait list and may not get in until next month. Absolutely horrible service and the front desk lady is a pain to deal with.

I was at the emergency today and the lady's at the front desk wore super nice but the nurses wore really rude and I told one of the nurses that I was in big pain and she said so is everyone else and waited for over 3 hours in that little room and then I opend the door and asked the nurse how long it wod take for the doctor to come and she told me I don't know go back to your room they didn't give mi any thing for pain the whole time
