The emergency receptionist did not serve us when we were at her window and pretend to look busy and how rude was that and on a Sunday we were not seen by the only ONE doctor for over three hours and an older couple walked out of the hospital frustrated that they have been waiting too long as they were here before us and we're still waiting like what emergency hospital does this with only one doctor on call in this city they call Lloydminster!!! Frustrating I'd say. Bad receptionist service and some of the staff included now where are the professionalism in this service as I don't know however they need to take some sort of customer service training to show humanity.

I've been to numerous hospitals in 5 provinces throughout my life, this was the worst I've seen. Doctor was dismissive, ignorant, rude, abrasive, argumentative and repeatedly stated I should have gone to a hospital in a different town. That never changed until I told a nurse I was considering writing him up to the College. Saw him once after and he acted FAR differently at that point. Nurses and doctors were obviously mocking various patients to one another, disorganized, spent hours looking for results in front of them, etc Follow up phone call receptionist was laughing at the fact the doctor was unreachable and I'd need to return. I opted alternatives at that point. I would never go back here. I don't wear a sign saying that my family has money, but I'm widely known for donations to various hospital charities and have a Cancer Care facility named after my family. That said, I can't imagine donating here. The Board needs to do some serious reflection upon care issues.

The hospital is unnaturally clean. When I go to a hospital, I want to see a little bit of grime so I know it's a family hospital. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. Food was okay.

We were at this hospital when both our children were born. We were transferred to Edmonton for our son because there were some complications and he was born very early. The staff at the Lloyd hospital were very comforting and supportive throughout the time we spent there. Then, when our daughter was born in the Lloyd hospital, we had the very same comfortable experience. The staff here are awesome, and they truly care about each person that walks in their doors.

Just got home from a 3 day stay Lloyd hospital maternity. This was second baby, first time here. By far the best care we have had. Staff was so kind, attentive, & caring as well as providing lots of information and helpful tips if needed. So thankful and happy with our stay!

I had Day surgery yesterday and The staff was amazing, hospital was clean just an older building and generic decor so it’s not pretty to look at. I was very well taken care of and would go back. Thank you to all the nurses and my gyno who made me feel comfy and safe and well cared for ????

As and indigenous person. You're really better off going to Elk Point. They'll make you sit there for hours. They have ALOT of racial bias. I reached out to them for help. They did not care. Go anywhere else. I recorded each phone call. I filed a report to a Watch Dog. I reached out to a facility that's sposed to be there. THEY DO NOT CARE. I thought they would be there for me or any one like me, but they do not care.

This hospital is a prime example of what a failure our public healthcare system is. You are funded by and worl for, the people. I don't think many staff at this hospital understand that.

Was recently checked into lloyd hospital for my kidneys shutting down and the doctors all looked at me like it was my own fault and I had intentionally caused this to myself inorder for prescription drugs or something. I was never told once what the cause of my failure was and while during my stay I over heard one of the nurses come into the ICU room (during covid-19) and say oops I forgot my mask. Oh well its no biggie????. And to top it off for 2 days the bathroom I had to use had a woman's bed pan. Used non the less. in the bathroom sitting there dirty on the floor. Still with excrement in it. No one seems to think it was an issue. The lack of care for hygiene here blew me away. Your better off digging out your grandparents old medical supplies and treating yourself in a barn.

Worst phone manners ever. Phone for a listing of doctors taking new patients and told she didnt have time. Asked where else I could find a listing and told I would have to come down to the hospital as she didnt have time. Multi tasking must not be a requirement. Post the listings somewhere other than having to phone the hospital then as online it hasnt been updated since Nov 19.

The staff does what they can. If you have the sniffles it is not a good place to hang out. For more severe issues they have a knowledgeable staff.

Waited almost 5 hours just to see a doctor. Heard the nurses laughing and talking about my son because he was crying so I left. Will never go back there again.

No star at all for this hospital. Waiting in queue can maybe one day a cause of death here. I had an allergic reaction to a drug and went here to get an immediate medical assistance and just got sick of waiting. Additionally, the nurse assisting the patients wasn't very helpful at all and kept asking the same questions. What's even worse was he didn't even know what an Alka Seltzer is. What a shame!!!!!!!!!

Worst hospital. Rude and careless staff. Doctors and nurses will intentionally make you wait; while you are in severe pain. They will cause a huge tragedy one day.

This hospital is HORRIBLE. Wife just had a baby and no one could tell us what was going on or why they were doing what they were doing. Only one delivery doctor on which made it harder for the wife to deliver as we had to wait for the doctor. Some of the nurses were very helpful and others were not so much. The pediatrician was good when he was actually on the unit. Had to come back to get my new baby some blood work the day after we got discharged and they would only let me or my wife up there even though we were no both just up there 24 hours prior. This hospital is horrible and I recommend going somewhere else.

Very slow if your hurt you might as well drive or call for a helicopter they won't see you for hours even after they put you in a room.

I was recently in the hospital for 6 days. First in ambulatory care, then emergency and from there up to the second floor. The care I received was great. All of the Nurses and other staff were wonderful as well as the Doctor. How great to see such good service during this difficult time with Covid all around. Thank you.

I wouldn't bring my dog to die here, what a horrible place if it weren't for the ambulance I wouldn't have set foot in here. What a waste of time and energy. You can request the ambulance take you to a different hospital.

terrible experiences here, but it is the only hospital available here, so I guess we don't get much choice.

The emergency department staff is incredibly rude.. you can hear them clear as day talk about patients and mocking them... making you feel absolutely stupid for having concerns....
