Here for a infection and it's been 5hrs so far. Still waiting and the hospital is empty. No one else is waiting. Everyone would rather chat it up. Go to fort this place is horrible.

My four year old daughter needed her tonsils and adenoids out and tubes inserted in her ears. Lamont health care center made this experience so smooth. She was obviously scared and the staff made her feel so special. They were compassionate, patient, understanding. They went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and ready to leave me to go into surgery. Once she was out, they tended to her frequently to make sure she was ok, brought her endless warm blankets and lots of fun bandaids to wear. I 10/10 recommend this facility.

Easy FREE Parking. A convenient location. Freindly, courteous, professional staff. A lot of history at this hospital. Great range of services provided to residents and surrounding communities. A real asset to Rural Alberta. Well utilized by people seeking medical care and specific procedures.

I went into Lamont Health Care Center recently for a day surgery. I was very impressed by how clean everything was and how friendly the staff were. They made me feel like a person, not just another patient. The nurses and doctors were very kind and made sure I was comfortable at all times and explained everything they were doing. I am so appreciative for their exceptional care. Thank you fir making my stay so comfortable.

Always treated with the upmost respect and dignity! Dr iordache is amazing i seen him when i went to emergency! Always happy and easy to get along with! Nurses are freindly! You can really feel the smalltown come out in this place and its awesome keep up the good work! I drive an hour to come here because this place cares!!

Staff bullies and belittles clients and other staff members. Management does nothing about it. Unless I'm dying I wont ever be going to this hospital I'd rather go to fort. Also nurses talk about you behind your back in the nursing station or report room like how it's not that bad and small town drama.

Staff try to make appointments that are spaced out to allow for COVID distancing. Hand sanitizers are at the entrance and exit.

Was just called and harassed by nurses at this health center. This is a small bigoted town that gets off on this sort of harassment, laughed at and put through the run around when I wanted resolution. Calling people at 11:30 pm for no reason but to wake them out of bed is pretty damn petty

I have gone here 3 times this year for 2 diff procedures. I found the front staff friendly and accommodating, the nurses were just so kind compassionate and caring. Tended to my every need. I felt very cared for by them.

Went to this hospital tonight with my spouse for her to try and get some relief from extreme fibromyalgia pain and a migrain on top of it. They tried one toridol injection and when it didnt work, the doctor and nurses belittled her and threw tylenol at her and said they cant help her and to seek alternative medicine.. Its funny, if Tylenol worked we wouldnt have needed the hospital now would we...

Went in today to have my foot checked out as it's been in a lot of pain. Haven't been here before so I accidentally reported to the community hospital instead of the ER. Reception lady was extremely nice and kind. She told me whethe doctors offices were and off I went. Wasn't sure where to report from there so I stepped into the first office which belonged to a older Asian women doctor. I told her I wasn't sure where to go as I haven't been to a civilian hospital since getting out of the military and explained the issue with my foot. She immediately became agitated and rude telling me I was wasting AHS time and money. She continued to give me attitude about going to the hospital for my foot. She then told me she would see me if I felt it had to be done. I politely declined and went to Fort Saskatchewan where I was seen without any issues or judgement. Turns out my foot was broken but hey guess a broken foot is a waste of time and money. Guess I should just keep paying my taxes and hope my injuries heal on their own.
