Wow! What a phenomenal hospital facility. They truly aspire to provide the best of everything in health care in a one stop shop Mega Facility. This hospital will soon be acknowledged as best in its class. It is a brand new facility in the midst of the 3 rd year of Covid-19. The Site Administration and coordinators are doing their best to facilitate new staff members, supplies and safety protocols while providing compassion, comfort and care for patients and their loved ones. Please remember to have patience with one another as we are all in this pandemic together. Be respectful and do your best to, “Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you.” One day you will realize how fortunate the City of Grande Prairie is to have this World Class Facility in their home town backyard.

My boyfriend came from out of town to have a surgery, he was sent here by high prairie and they didn’t even have him in the system, they were rude and didn’t help with anything. This is the second time he was treated with no regard. The first time he came for surgery they didn’t even clean the incision, they didn’t send him home with after care instructions and the dr didn’t even come and see him after his surgery. I would not recommend sending your loved ones for care here, this place is a joke.

How is this place not open? This thing was supposed to open in 2015. Planning started in 2007. I moved to this city in 2012, I’m leaving this year. The entire time this hospital has been under construction lol

Very bad hospital, waiting time more than 2 hours and was an emergency case.
