This hospital is an absolute joke. They couldn't even manage to send off records of an immunization to public health. I wouldn't trust this hospital to handle even a minor cut. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE SYSTEM!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience here and would make the drive from Edmonton for any other procedures I may need in the future. Nurses in day surgery were amazing (Virginia, Carmen, Sarah and Rita), along with Dr Shibil and Dr Dorego. I am forwarding a letter to the hospital as well to ensure they know how thankful I am for the patient care they provided. Thank you for taking the time to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease.

I had to bring my son in as an emergency, he feel into a fire pit in thunder lake. The nurses and dr were excellent at getting him looked after quickly.

I would not recommend this hospital took my mother inlaw in Friday morning they said she was dehydrated and sent her home let me add my mother inlaw was a healthy women and when she went in she was so sick she could barley walk anyways they sent her home after a bag of IV fluids come Sunday when we took her back she was in full liver and kidney failure due to a aneurysm blacking the main valve she passed away shortly after midnight Sunday in pain so I would not recommend this hospital or the drs who work at it cause they could have done further testing friday but didn't sent her hime with no mods in pain that neither me or anyone else could imagine

The staff were friendly and efficient while my husband was there for surgery. We couldn’t have asked for better care. He actually forgot his wedding ring under the bed in the recovery room and they found it and called us immediately. Thanks guys!!

its great that its in town. theres a horribly reputated Dr. there who has failed to detect cancer in patients. ive went hear nearly buckled over in some sort of chest/abdominal pain and didnt see any docs for about an hour and once i saw him i was told i evreything cleared just fine and went home. still dont know what happened to this day but this place is not your go to for a diagnosis

I had a very bad breathing problem. Sent me home in a few min and an hour later I almost died I couldent breath not even a little. Decently the worst hospital I've ever been in. They are also rude and judgemental. I would only go there if it's my only choice.

The barhead hospital was very clean and everyone was really nice they made my stay very comfortable they took my gallbladder out and since I didn't handle being put under very well they kept me over night and kept a very close eye on me thanks To the Docs nurses and surgeons at barhead you guys rock

Not all doctors here are great but most are. I still think though that the nurses and desk staff should be able to tell us what doctor is on and answer some medical questions.

My father was discharged with an unsupported broken collarbone! No guidance on how he is to care for this fracture, if any follow up appointments were needed and no pain management prescribed!! I can’t believe medical staff could treat another human being so terribly! My heart is broken. My father is sick with a broken collarbone and the staff couldn’t get him out the door fast enough. SHAME ON YOU????????
