Okay, so I saw Shantelle who is new to the salon and Rochester area and she is AMAZING. Shantelle achieved my hair DREAMS. After so many failed attempts and hundreds of dollars spent at other salons she finally got it right. This girl KNOWS color. Literally you dream it and she creates it. Thank you for not rushing, thank you for being kind and thank you for your creative touch that let me finally achieve the look I've been spending years to get.

This review is long overdue, my apologies for waiting so long. My experience with Andrea was great. I was new to the salon, received a business card through Ugly Duck. She made me feel comfortable, and confident that she understood my wishes. Brittany was also there, she was very engaging came over to chat, offer a beverage, and check on how my color turned out. The space itself is stunning, reminds me of a time when details and craftsmanship matter. I can say that the craftsmanship of their work holds up to that. Would and have recommended this salon to friends. Will most definitely return to Andrea, when I'm looking for color and cut.

The owner, Brittany Moore, is SO talented in cuts and color. I have gone to her to give me curly bangs and I can never go back to a curly cut! The space is so uplifting and unique. Truely a talented team of women working there. Fearless in cutting all hair types and can do elegance AND edge. Seriously like no other hair salon I have been to.
