Went in for first cut at this shop, barber made jokes towards growth of hair, did not complete the full package I selected, and in the end ruined my hair completely. not worth $30-50.

These guys are classy and cool. I got to play some guitar and sing a couple tunes while I waited and overall had a fantastic birthday experience. My wife got me the shave, haircut and beard package for my birthday and I came out smelling, looking and feeling like a new man. Thanks guys and I'll see you next month!

They’re booking system is extremely easy to use and it gives you numerous reminders on the date of your appointment. This was my first time at Rosso. There website was very informative and when I called I was able to get a quick appointment. They are on main street where I was able to find parking. On entering covid protocols were in place to make me feel safe. Ambience was beautiful and staff attentive and very professional. I got the head barber to deal with my fro. Par Excellance! I left as a satisfied customer. I will be back.

First cut since lock down started and needed a cut pretty bad. Heard about Rosso and the service he provides from a friend so I decided to give him a try. Trust me when I say I am sure glad I did! I showed him what I wanted and he went to work right away, as if he went into his own element. The way he works is pretty relaxing that I'm pretty sure I fell asleep for a moment haha. When he was done he did not disappoint! I don't leave reviews often as everyone's experience is different but this place definitely deserves one! Thanks Rosso for the great experience! Feeling like new, just what was needed after the long lock down!

I came in for it a fade haircut. Leo performed the cut. I was completely impressed with his attentiveness and attention to detail. He began the session by talking to me at length to get to know me as a first-time customer and to understand my desire as to how I wanted my hair done. Then he went to work, never rushing, to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I have never had a haircut like this in my life and I'm 40. I will be back, they simply are the best.

I was warmly welcomed as it was my first time. When I was invited to my chair, I was greeted and asked what I wanted done. I showed a picture from an old barber and he said I can do that for you. Plenty of fun conversation while in the chair. Haircut and service was professional and I will return in a heartbeat the next time my hair requires it!

Overall a good experience. Only the owner speaks English as far as I can tell, which is no problem. Prices are fair, I had a junior stylist and she did an alright job, for $20 I won't complain much. Otherwise, you can book with a senior stylist if you want.

Awesome place to get a haircut. Very careful haircuts and Rosso took his time to make sure the fade was right and the beard. Lots of care with the beard too. I’d highly recommend giving them a shot as they may be the best if not one of the best barber shops in Woodstock.

My son 14 with autism is the one who got his hair cut. He loved it there. And loved his hair, it was different then normal so it took a bit to get use to but still loved it! They took their time to do a good job, tried talking to him and encouraged him. There was a little boy who came in while we were there who did not want his hair cut (screaming). They all talked to him trying to get him to be ok. By the time the boy left he was smiling! It was a really friendly place to be!

Instead of asking me to call back due to a poor connection or come in and book an appointment I ended the conversation out of frustration. I have lived in Woodstock my whole life, and I am super picky about my hair. Rosso and the crew at this shop are hands down the best in town (heck they might be the best in Ontario). I waited until my second time to write a review to see if it was consistent. The crazy part, it was even better!!!! This is a 6 star shop. Will never get my hair cut anywhere else!

I booked my son here because of all the raving reviews but was very disappointed. My son who is 5 went in for a haircut on Thursday evening and picked a faded haircut with a line. He has had this haircut many times and it isn't something that is hard to do, any barber would or should have this skill. The older gentleman, who may be the owner, said he will try and cut extremely fast trying to finish because he had another client next and told him my son was being picky. He is 5 years old, he wanted a haircut he's had many times and was just sitting there quietly. Maybe this owner overbooked or had a bad day, fine, when he finished, we paid and left. Next morning I'm doing my sons hair for picture day and noticed the barber had cut his scalp from doing the line!! I was shocked!! How does a barber do this and not say anything? This had to hurt but my son didn't say anything while getting his hair cut because he knows to sit still while getting a haircut! If he was so picky like the man said he would have surely been vocal about his. I'm very disappointed that someone with this many raving reviews would do such a horrible job. I would NOT recommend this barber shop to any of my friends or family.

Did a great job on my sons haircut. In and out quickly. Pricing is reasonable. Just lacking a few customer service skills for those like me who are picky. And its cash only so be prepared. They do have a private atm if you didn't bring cash but the fees will get ya.

Moved recently to the neighbour and have had the pleasure to using this service 3 times. Twice for myself and once for my son. They charge less than most places and provide an amazing service. Spent almost 1 hour getting my haircut and hot towel shave. At no point was anything rushed they took their time to ensure everything was clean and shaped up. The shop itself is very clean and well maintained and they play really good music. Highly recommended...also congrats on the 1 year anniversary guys!

Great family establishment! Brought my two boys for their first true barber experience (11 & 15). As soon as the door opened we were welcomed warmly and treated kindly. The staff met our “covid hair“ and unsure attitudes with patience and professionalism. Really impressed with how comfortable they made us feel and how well we were looked after. My son and my husband went together one day and Leo was fantastic with them. Our son was completing chemo and there was little hair to work with but that didn’t stop Leo from giving my son a great first haircut experience. My husband had a shave and cut and enjoyed the experience. As for me, I shaved my head last year, Rosso has been wonderful! He’s been helping me grow my hair out without having those disaster hair moments. Most recently he cut my daughters hair in a long bob. No complaints here and our family will continue to support the wonderful staff and establishment.

I had booked my husband in for a fade with Rosso himself and the reason we took an appointment so far away is so that we could get Rosso himself as my husband has never been there and he is really particular with who does his hair. So, he didn't get his hair done by Rosso, it was someone else. He said it was the most painful experience he's ever had. He's got a mole on the back of his head that got cut open as well. The hair cut looks okay but he was expecting the whole process to be a lot better. Don't let this one review deter you, go for yourself and form your own opinion, you may have a great experience.
