The haircut with washing lasted 30 minutes. The lady has too rough hands so it hurt quiet a lot as she was washing my hair and then brushing out the hair. Also, I specifically wanted certain haircut style, she thought it would be too short - that is ok, but she chose exactly what I did not want, longer in the back and shorter in front. At home, after washing the hair I realized that the haircut looked nicely only because of curls, but it did not look nice without them. I am really mad - how stupid I was to let some girl to do the style, she has no idea what this word means.

The stylist combed my Wife's hair as if she was combing cotton in a factory. Women at Waverley Hair Design, "compassion and gentleness" please if you want more repeat customers. I have thick, curly hair and lots of it. For most of my life, hairstylists wouldn't know how to deal with it and would cut it the way they knew how to cut thinner, straight hair. I'd leave with a worse haircut every time. But on my first visit to Waverly, Victoria saw my hair, didn't panic, and cut it so I finally actually liked it. Theresa at Waverly cuts my hair now and does a great job. Highly recommend either of them for people with thick curly hair.
