Carla is the best! I have extremely curly hair and she did an amazing job, cutting it dry to work with the curls. My hair has never turned out better! They are also very covid conscious, which was great (temperature checks at the door, distancing, masks, sanitization, etc.) and 2SLGBTQ+ friendly! I will definitely be going back.

10 stars out of 5. Every time I go here, I am amazed by the skill, knowledge, and friendliness of the staff. 110% 2SLGBTQIA friendly as well. I always go to Carla, she i seriously the only person I trust with my curls and hair. She is creative, funny, and very good at holding conversation while performing expert curl cutting. I just got a big chop that gave me a huge confidence boost. Price is totally worth it. Id pay any amount to keep going to POP.

Do not visit this salon. My daughter had her haired dyed. Very overpriced, worst thing, her hair was burnt and ruined. Had to go to another salon to fix it.

Great chat with a girl on the phone. Gave me a price for Kevin Murphy retail product and said it included tax. Then when I got there- a staff informed me it was plus tax. Then she continued to explain they ONLY take cash, not even e transfer. Wish I was told that on the phone. Just a little frustrating with lack of communication. Just to confirm I never have recieved a service there - this was only to pick up product.

great at cutting hair but oh my god. the picture is from the day the lady (who I will not name out of respect) dyed it. Turned out very yellow (asked for an ashy blonde) and very obviously crooked & poorly died at the roots. When I had told her I didn't like it because it was far from what I asked for, she got immensely rude. I was very nice about it and so where the other staff but rather than trying to accommodate and she ended up saying "I'd be happy to never work with you again" in a very bitchy tone, then gave me less than half the money back which I would have been fine with if she wasn't so rude to me about it. I would have understood her being rude if I was rude first but I felt horrible for not liking it and was very nice about it. not professional what so ever. Not everybody is going to like your work so you should learn how to deal with it better.

The most perfect hair I've ever had in my life. Katie did my hair and trust me it was a disaster when I walked in. Box dye with numerous different colours and she made my hair come back to life!! Not only did she make my image come to life she also is a great person to talk to. The environment is so friendly and comfortable.
