Where do I even begin? This hair studio is one of a kind, from the owners, to the product, to the experience over all.... All of it was wonderful. Not only did my hair turn out amazing but the staff were so enjoyable and fun to be around. I highly recommend this hair salon to anyone who wants a professional working on their hair. I know most of you get nervous going somewhere new but Tony (the owner) of this hair salon and also "Saci salon" on Erie street is amazing at his job and this will be my new go to from here on out! Check them out!!!

New to Windsor and I was looking for a new hair salon and came across Lexy and she is the best!! She dyed and cut my hair. It was my first time dying my hair so she was so informative and helped me lighten my hair to a colour I really liked!! She was so nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable! Definitely booking with her again(: 11/10

I went in for the first time to have Alexandra to do my hair I seen her work on instagram so thought she is good at what she does from her pictures but boy was i wrong I told her I wanted to lighten up my roots so she said she will do highlights just on the top when she finished my roots we’re still dark like I didn’t do anything to them when I told her there still dark her answer was well I don’t have anymore time nothing I can do ( like really) so unprofessional $100 down the drain now I have to go somewhere again to have my roots lightened never AGAIN!!!

Went in to get a balayage done, eager to finally dye my hair again after two years of growing it out. Lexy was very sweet, however, I ended up with chucks of random grey streaks in my hair. VERY different from the picture I had shown, and not at all what I had expected.

I posted a review on Facebook talking about my issues with this salon that I'll copy and paste below. // Came to this salon to have my tape in extensions installed. I was told to purchase one or two packs of hair from JustHair Boutique. I purchased two since my hair is more on the thicker side. I was told to purchase blonde extensions and they would be toned to my hair colour, but they were dyed much darker than my natural hair. They were installed with many pieces at the bottom of my head, instead of spread out more. This made an obvious divide between my real hair and the extensions. I wore the hair in a bun for the first month I had them, and eventually cut them to match my actual hair length. The extensions were installed in places where I had baby hairs, so some pieces were very difficult to hide, if I even bothered to put the effort in. The quality of the extensions were fine for the first three weeks, but became very matted and knotty. They also made my hair very greasy, itchy, and sticky. I usually wash my hair every other day, but I started washing it daily because my hair looked gross. I would not recommend JustHair Boutique for extensions (you can find better quality hair for $300). Very annoyed I wasted $210 on poor installation. Definitely do not go to this salon if you're looking to have extensions installed. // I'm looking through my iCloud to find photos, so I'll update my review and post them when I find them.

I have been going to Lexy for my hair cuts, colours, style and makeup applications for special events and have never ever had a bad experience! She always does an amazing job and is such a sweetheart! Overall such a great experience and i would 100% recommend her services to anyone????
