I so did not get the haircut that I had asked for. They are ok for men, but if you want a decent cut for a woman....go find a stylist you trust. You wont find her here

My stylist is Julia and she's amazing. I was her client from a few years ago and then moved away and came back to Windsor. I was so happy to find that she was still at Fantastic Sams. She's the only stylist that can cut my hair short and get the hair to curl in nice and even explained the technique. My hair is much longer now and went from dark brown to blonde as I'm letting my grey grow out and grey blending. Julia knows what looks good and what I want sometimes before I do LOL. It still takes me a day or so to get accustomed to the lighter shade each time I touch up but overall I'm so happy I made the decision to go lighter and now I don't have to go in every couple weeks to touch up the roots, I've been able to hold out as long as 2 months which is great on my wallet. Julia did a fantastic job blending my grey and with my highlights they look so natural. I love it and have gotten many compliments. I would 100% recommend Fantastic Sams and especially Julia.

This place is really good if you want to get haircare/ haircut. I went there for haircut. The girl who works there, is very friendly n talented. Not just she gave me a good haircut but also she gave me some good hair care and styling tips. I’m gonna go next time to same place again!

Had haircut which was good. A week later I went for colour & high lites. Got dark blond & lighter hi lites. Wanted aburn but she suggested this. Wasn't to happy. It still looked gray. A client gave me a henna colour mahogany brown. I did that. I like it now, not at first. Every one else says it looks good with my skin colour

If i can give zero stars i would ... They canceled the appoitment one hour before on the day off prom, with no reason otjer than "she didnt show up". The level of unprofessionalism is honestly heartbreaking.

I've been here 5-6 times for a quick haircut, it's about a 50/50 chance you'll get a good cut or a bad one, today was a bad one. Missed a bunch of hairs in several places and didn't cut my hair even close to the picture I showed her(picture was of me with my hair cut how I like it).There is a younger eastern European woman and a younger Asian woman who are great, if you get either of them you'll be happy.

She did not give me what I asked for. instead she gave me a buzz cut in under 2 minutes. After she tried to trim my eye brows. She was pissed off the entire time. AVOID THE OLD BLOND ONE WITH CURLY HAIR. DON'T GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT

Tried to get my husband to change hairdressers for years, then he made an appointment with Fatma after my son raved about how much he loved the haircut she had given him. She cut my husband's hair very short, the way he likes it, with a nice shape and well trimmed beard. He was amazed at how many people noticed and admired his hair cut.
