My entire family has their hair done by Jacklynn at Carizma. We are all very pleased by her professionalism, quality products, and incredible styling and colour. My hair has never been healthier and I'm constantly complimented on my hair. I recommend her and Carizma to everyone!

My friend and I went here this past Wednesday to get dyes and cuts and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The atmosphere of the salon was super welcoming and we were treated so well by everyone there as soon as we walked in. I got my hair cut by Laura and she was incredible. I was super nervous to get the cut I wanted (*because I have never gotten anything more than a trim) and Laura was super understanding and made me feel in control of the cut, so I instantly knew I was in good hands. She listened and cared about everything I wanted and in the end I looked amazing and felt great! I could tell that she was well-trained and knowledgeable. These hairdressers really are talented. We've finally found our go-to salon :)

My hair has never felt better since I started seeing Jackie! I love that she carries the best products so I know I'm taking care of my hair at home now as well. As far as the coloring goes, I'm always extremely happy with the way it turns out, no matter what crazy color we decide to do that day ! I also find myself receiving a lot more compliments on my hair and that certainly doesn't hurt :) I would 100% recommend Carizma to anyone looking !

She was very friendly and knowledgeable about all things hair. Lots of parking and a very clean, modern salon. Super easy to book an appointment online.

Elyssa goes above and beyond every time I need my hair done. She tries her best to accommodate my schedule, as I live in London and have a hard time getting to Windsor for a hair appointment. She is a fantastic stylist and I always leave happy. Prices are amazing and I love the products that are offered here. I highly recommend this salon to anyone, especially blondes!

This place is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this hair salon and here's why… up until a couple days ago I had never gotten my hair coloured. I always told myself I would never because I was afraid it wouldn't turn out or that my hair would be unhealthy after. As years went by and I got older, I got tired of my same old long dark brown hair. So, I impulsively looked up hair salons near me and booked an appointment with Laura at charizma. I was very nervous but it had to be one of the best decisions I've made. I am absolutely in love with my hair, Laura did such an amazing job. And not only was she amazing at what she did to my hair, she also gave my such a happy vibe, we shared stories and in that 1 appointment, we built a friendship. Every worker in there was so sweet and talkative! Laura will forever be my hair girl. Carizma is an AMAZING place to go!!
