Such a great place with the most amazing people. I went for my drag makeup for one of the events. Elements did such a high class makeup that everybody loved it. Apart from that they educated me about the makeup techniques as well for my future. I also go for my eyebrows waxing and I mean I have the best eyebrows in this world????, thanks to elements.

Horrible service, made my eyebrows black but told me it was a light brown! Left glue on my brows, and didn’t wax them properly.I don’t know how long she has been doing this but definitely was not happy with my service that costed $110 I will not be getting refunded

I booked an appointment to get dual Exfoliation Peel facial which costs close to $200. They claim you get radiant skin after it, I absolutely saw no difference in the texture, radiance or anything on my skin. My family laughed at me- they said if I wouldn’t have told them I got a facial done, they would have never noticed it because they didn’t see any difference either. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to waste your money. I did leave a comment on Elements Facebook post but, they deleted it. So here I am leaving a review so they can’t delete it.

I get the spa pedicure every year at the end of my fire season. My feet get so torn up, and sometimes I get trench foot from being in wet boots all day but every year, without fail, these girls bring my feet back to life!! Aveeda makes amazing products too.

I went in the spring of 2019, to elements hoping to get what i paid for and for a positive experience, i had a particular color i asked for and highlights. I provided the hairdresser at the time a photo of what I wanted done hoping it would help, i paid over 300.00 dollars and it looked nothing at all like what i wanted. My scalp was on fire for 2wks too, i color my hair regularly so this was very unusual. I was afraid my hair was going to fall out or if it could have been a chemical burn on my scalp and to afraid to go back to the salon. The room they use isnt properly ventilated the toxicity in the room was horrible too, its a small room they close you in and use for coloring! Horrible experience.

I don’t know the name of the lady who did my pedicure, but I think it was Alicia. Coolest woman ever. I was super comfortable with her and we talked/laughed a lot. Very professional and clean. She did glow in the dark gels with some nail art and glitter. Love them.

Good haircuts. Disappointed with waxing. The first time, not all hair was pulled so the second time skin was also ripped. Just the day before a photoshoot I have 2 hideous scars on my face , one on each side. Skin is ripped off my legs but at least I can cover that up!
