I met Raman at Pristine 10 Months ago. I had recently moved into the area and was in search of someone to do my hair. As many of you can attest to, your hair dresser is more than your hair dresser. Instantly Raman and I had a connection. I love coming to the salon and letting her do her magic with my hair! She is really good at coloring and styling. I have been growing my hair (after a botched haircut from someone else) and Raman has helped me every step of the way.I highly recommend Pristine.

Absolutely blown away by my first appointment with Virpal with her great experience with waxing and threading . After a bad experience with my previous salon, Virpal put me at ease straight away, asking relevant questions at the start and offering useful advice throughout the appointment. She has such a lovely, warm personality along with a magnificent talent. The salon surroundings are fabulous with an excellent range of the best hair products. Very pleased with my waxing and threading and overall experience and highly recommend this salon and Virpal in particular for waxing and threading. As for haircuts I would highly recommend Raman for her excellent haircuts and hair styles with over 20 years of experience you will not regret a haircut from her.

I’m not sure who I saw. She’d didn’t introduce herself. And to her I was “the bang trim”. I explained I was new to the area and interested in establishing a relationship with a stylist in White Rock. I explained I was in need of waxing services, and in fact booked those before I left, but she still charged me $7.50 for the bang trim. The entire time I was scheduling my waxing services and paying for my bang trim she was on the phone with someone. At first I thought she was talking to me, but then realized she wasn’t. It was additionally disconcerting as the conversation she was having was in Hindi? Punjabi? I only heard her holler “Thank you” as the door closed behind me. I won’t be going back. It was a truly disappointing experience :(

I have been looking for quite some time for waxing and brow services. It was by chance that I stepped into here - and I am so thankful!! My search is finally over for efficient & quality waxing services. I appreciated the thoroughness, the quality and timeliness. I had my full legs and arms waxed. The service was attentive and at no point did I ever feel uncomfortable (which for me is important given that I’ve been overweight my whole life) and now have some skin with less elasticity. I loved my waxing service so much that I also asked to have my eyebrows cleaned up. I last had my eyebrows done in February 2020 and I was so thankful that they retained their shape and had the minor cleanup they needed. Highly recommend this place for eyebrows and waxing.

I phoned to see if they offered a nail service I wanted done which unfortunately they did not offer. I then started to ask them if they knew another local salon that offered this service and they hung up on me before I finished my call. They could do wonderful nail salon work but their initial customer service response, I felt was rude so I’ll never know as I’d never call them again.

First of all, the ladies are friendly there. I cannot speak for their other services. I am ONLY commenting on their waxing service. I went there for Brazilian waxing today, and after couple rounds of waxing I realized the lady was DOUBLE DIPPING. I've been waxing every month for few years now and I've been to many wax bars. I had 100% of good experience from all other places I went so I let my guard down thinking NO DOUBLE DIPPING is a standard code of ethic. I should've left right away but I didn't. And I am regretting, feeling gross/paranoid/scared, and beating myself right now. BE AWARE of this place. They DOUBLE DIP their spatula back to the wax can. I'm sharing my experience because it's a mental torture to be in fear that one or more of their previous client(s) may carry serious disease(s) and the virus/bacteria may have transferred to me through the wax. Right now, I sincerely pray that nothing severe has gotten on me. Please let this be a lesson for myself and hopefully a warning to anyone considering coming here for waxing.

I moved from NV to south surrey, and couldn’t find a good hair salon. I tried many but was not satisfied. I found Pristine Hair Salon on internet and called to get my hair coloured. When I arrived for my appointment, I was very impressed with the cleanliness and appearance of the salon. They provide all types of services under one roof, which means one stop for all your beauty needs. Raman was very knowledgeable with hair Colors, she did a great job doing my hair and amazingly my hair style lasted for two weeks and my hair didn’t look dry, freezy, or damaged from colouring. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable about products and services they provide. I will definitely recommend this Salon to my friends and family. I am grateful that I found this Salon.
