I went in for my first time with black hair and came out with blonde. Lauren was my stylist and she was great. I knew this would be quite the process but Lauren is very knowledgeable and really listened to me. She offered valuable feedback and the process started. Their products are amazing and the process to go black to blonde was very easy on my scalp and hair. The staff are so friendly, they clean everything in between clients. I was truly treated like gold. Definitely recommend this wonderful full service salon!

Jess, Heather and Jamie are just awesome! I've been going there now for 4 months, and they make going back an enjoyable experience. They are so friendly, the service is great, and I just love my hair! The shop is super cute, tucked in behind Buy Low, and just like an old-school hair stylists.

had an appointment here for the first time ever on friday, best experience at a hair salon by far! Shannon is fantastic! i’m not a very hair savvy person, Shannon took the time to give me some very useful tips for my hair type and was just overall a really easy person to talk to! She is a matter of fact stylist who will honestly tell you what can and can not be achieved and only recommends product that she knows you need. Worth every penny, highly recommend.

I naturally have black hair and have been dying it for years my previous hairdresser switched products and used very harsh chemical compounds to get me blonde that I would have to take advil and a t3 for before my appointment because of the pain and sometimes had open blisters on my scalp afterwards. I then went to another colorist for a year and she just was not able to satisfy my desire of the platinum blonde/silver look...although I had an appointment booked with her for Monday morning my last day off after moving places and a 6 day work week ahead I called around and tried to find someone to take me in as I hadnt had my hair done in 9 months! Thank goodness I found Lauren... she was able to get me in the same afternoon and did an absolute phenomenal job with my hair! It is finally the platinum blonde I was looking for and the best part...even after washing it, it didnt turn yellow again and no drugs were required because there was no pain! The whole process did not irritate my scalp at all and she was just so fabulous and wonderful! It is so hard to find a colorist who is good with blonde on east indian hair and who actually takes the time and effort to do a good job. I could tell she definitely loves what she does and that is what makes the experience even better! Lauren you are my new colorist for life I commit my hair care to your magical hands! Thank you for a wonderful experience and see you once the roots are in!
