Have been going here for a long time but not anymore-they have a snobby attitude and don't get the color right and passed me to many others who work there as Carrie didn't want to do my hair. They are in West Van and cater to the moneyed people. I have a great stylist now and am glad I don't have to travel all the way there to put up with their "airs".

I’ve know Kim and Carrie for many years, but just recently started going to Shampoo for both cut and colour and I am so happy I made the switch! My colour is gorgeous and the cuts are exactly how I like them. The atmosphere is super fun and friendly not like some other snobby salons. I highly recommend Shampoo. My teenage daughters are also going there and if they are happy that says a lot! Linda H.

I really like this place & always feel so welcomed by the friendly staff. I LOVE my colour which is such a relief after switching salons. I don't like the other overpriced snobby places so this is a great fit for me. Parking is easy too.

Reply to Judy Judy I am sorry you feel this way. If I can recall correctly you always would call last minute and and want an appointment. This does not give you license to write a nasty review. Everyone that walks in our salon gets the same treatment.

I'm sorry Alex but Carrie and I cant seem to find you or your visit to our shop at all in our data base. We are a close family in our shop and we treat our clients just the same. Perhaps because it was your only visit,something may have been taken out of context. I can ensure you we've had our business open for more than a decade now and if we were anything but unproffesional and snobby, it wouldn't be so. I'm sorry you felt this upon your experiance. I hope you find what your looking for in your search for a perfect shop.

I can't understand how anyone would think the Staff at Shampoo were snobby in any way. I consider myself very lucky to have found this wonderful space 5 years ago. My experience has been hugely positive and I look forward to my appointments in this lively, friendly and very professional salon. My hair has never looked better and I would be very reluctant to trust a cut and color to anyone else now.
