When first met Parisa, I had thick, long hair down past my waist. I hadn't had anything done to my hair in 3+ years after I lost trust in my last hairstylist. My best friend recommended Parisa to me, and she had been getting her hair done by her for years. She has the most gorgeous platinum blonde hair so I knew I could trust her. I went in for a balayage and cut and it was absolutely perfect. I won't let anyone else touch my hair now!! Parisa is also extremely patient with me, won't ever cut more than I ask for, is transparent with products/pricing/what will look good, etc. Literal perfection every time! Short, fine hair like mine needs a great cut, especially with the endless rain and gale-force winds around West Vancouver. Tony takes 10 years off my face every time I go in. He convinced me to embrace my grey, but with a sassy stylish cut that suits my face and my lifestyle. He always fits me into his busy schedule, listens to what I want, then talks me out of what I shouldn't have. He cuts with total attention to detail, and that is what short hair needs! I know he doesn't only do short hair, but if you love your short hair, Mona's is the place to go.

I can’t believe how nice, wonderful and hardworking and professional Parisa and Tony are! They are exceptionally awesome and really caring! I went to Mona hair Salon a few days ago at a very last minute when they were about to close the salon! Although they were tired and had survived from a very busy day, they didn’t say” No” to me and bashfully and kindly accepted me. Parisa is truly an artist who can make your day as awesome as how she is by her different fabulous skills in make up, hair colour and every thing you can imagine in a beauty salon.Tony is so professional, creative and caring towards his clients. I love the way and the speed that he styles the hair. I can’t describe in words how they were fantastic and caring towards their customer and how satisfied me! They charged me in a very very reasonable price compared to other salons in West Vancouver! I totally recommend this place and for sure will go back to see these nice professional guys there! The best hair Salon I have ever experienced in West Vancouver, so far! You bet guys, thanks so much again!

Then, quite by chance, I walked into MONA HAIR DESIGN to inquire about a blowout. That was one of my luckiest days ever! In the past four years TONY has cared for my hair, nursed it back to exceptional health all the while providing exceptional hair cuts and blowouts. But where TONY'S talent is, in my view, unmatched is as a colorist. Dark, light, or somewhere in-between he has always delivered nothing short of PERFECTION. I am truly grateful!!

My family (wife and 2 girls) and I have been going to Mona hair for the past 20 years. This is a great FAMILY establishment that treats every client like a King / Queen. I really mean it - they go the extra mile to make sure all is in perfect condition and client is happy. I started with Mina (the owner) to do my hair as did my wife and my daughters - but then i switched to Tony (the son) who has been doing great job ever since. Tony is expert in what he he doing, quick, meticulous. on time, and very pleasant to deal with. I normally don't do a review on google, but this family business deserves the best. My wife and daughters are happy clients of Mina and I have been more than happy with Tony and rest. HIGHY HIGHLY recommend them.

If you want to get a professional cut done, you NEED to go here!! As I got there I was immediately greeted and sat down. Parisa was truly so attentive, kind and helped me choose the best hair style for me. Initially I had no idea what I wanted but she was able to guide me with what would suit me the best. She is very kind and spent time on my hair to make sure i would love it. I have truly never loved any of my hair cuts in the past but from the moment I was introduced to Parisa, I have never been happier with my hair and my experience. I have been going to Mona hair design for almost 3-years, and ever since, I haven't been to any another place. Tony is very patient, passionate and takes as much time to give you the hair cut you had in your mind. Plus I always fill relaxed after the hair cut after the 2min head massage. Not only the hair cut is great, but the hair cut is quite relaxing and refreshing. Definitely recommended.

I live in Coquitlam so need to drive over an hour to go to this hair salon. I believe it is worth it.Mina is a lovely lady always on time and courteous.She listens to you and cares about what you want and tells you what you can expect to be done. I am a picky person but have always been happy with her service. It applies to all staff working there who are nice and polite as well as professional.I was there when a lady coming in complaining in a very rude way for his 19 year old son. She seemed over expectant , unreasonable and mad for nothing. I saw how patient and professional Pouya was with her. I admire his manners. In general if you want a good service in a nice environment at a reasonable price this is the place to go. Thanks Mina for the awesome job you do

Had a great experience with Parisa at Mona Hair Design. She was ready within minutes of my arrival, very friendly and attentive, and spent a lot of time getting my hair cut just right. The salon is clean and bright, and there is free street parking out front (If you can find a spot). I will definitely return.
