Visited this salon and I had the worst haircuts which I had in my entire life The result of this haircut was very disappointing , stylist was unprofessional , I showed the lady a picture of how my hair looks and how I wanted my hair to look after the haircut. After the haircut, it wasn't even remotely close. after that I complained about service the behavior of manager was worse than my haircut result , She was very rude , in general I don't recommend for style seekers , maybe just seniors want to go there.

If you want a short haircut, be sure the hairstylist working on your hair knows how to cut a short haircut or you'll leave very disappointed.

I had a great experience here! I got an ash brown balayage and it turned out beautifully! I gave it 5 stars for the wonderful customer service by Irene, she was the nicest hair stylist I have ever met and she doesn't charge unreasonably for such a beautiful work that she's done! All in all I definitely would recommend this place and look for Irene if you want to achieve the hair that you want because she will really work with you and give you hair tips and advice to keep it nice and beautiful. I'd give a 10/10 and would comeback again! ????

I highly recommend this salon. I've got my hair done a few times by Sanaz and she is always nice, welcoming and of course professional who can give you the best service. If you are looking for a hairdresser who really takes her time to cut/colour/highlight your hair and get the best result, book an appointment with Sanaz and you won't be disappointed.

My experience over the years, with many hair salons, is that as soon as you walk in the door, they own you & your hair. Might as well just pop your head off & hand it to them - then screw it back on as they screw you for a $300 hair-do you didn't ask for. After making me look look like Donald Trump, one hairdresser said to me "your hair will look better once you put lipstick on." If lipstick was the answer, then what do I need a salon for? Nelly's La Rouge, stands out from all the rest. La Rouge has moved across the street ; two or so doors over from the Thai Restaurant & Saba Thai Spa. La Rouge new decor is open, airy, light, fresh, elegant/ chic - uncomplicated and soothing. Everything about being here felt easy & delightful. Nelly & her staff are genuinely friendly & unpretentious. Nelly really treats you like a customer & friend; on top of that I truly loved my hair; she did what I asked for, and surprisingly the price was incredibly reasonable for all the doting I received. I keep thinking of other rea sons to go back there just so I can relax & mingle with the great people in the beautiful atmosphere Nelly's created here. Hats off to La Rouge!!!

I went to get a balayage here. My hairdresser, Sanaz did an amazing job! The price felt right considering she spent an entire 4 hours on it (my hair was extremely long and dead). I will for sure come back next time my hair needs some TLC. Thank you to the talented staff here!

Nelly and her team always do an excellent job on my hair. I've been going to la rouge hair salon in west Vancouver for years now. I normally get a cut, colour/highlights and I constantly have people ask me where I get my hair done. Seriously, hands down the best salon in Vancouver. Reasonably priced, high quality work and friendly staff. Bonus: they use organic products on hair, which I love!!

I came in with virgin hair and really uncertain of what I wanted to do, but Irene took the time to show me options and figure out what would be best for me. She ended up giving me a beautiful subtle balayage (with no dye to damage my hair less) and I couldn't be happier. She was SO SO sweet throughout it all and I highly recommend her to anyone!!

The staffs are very accomodating. The place have a good ambience. Ellie cut my hair for the first time and i love it. she gave me a lot of advice for my hair and she gave me good discounts.
