I get my hair done all the time there. Very friendly people, and a very welcoming environment. I read the post someone else made, and the salon doesn't even do eyebrows so not really sure how they screwed your eyebrows up because they don't do them there. Don't lie about things like that, makes you look bad as a person. But nice try.

Stephanie has cut my very short hair several times and does a great job! It is not easy to find a stylist who can cut wavy hair into a pixie (have experienced many bad haircuts before finding this salon).

Lynn is AMAZING. Really dedicated. I went in with a difficult hair catastrophe that required three hours of work before she could even attempt to cut and colour my hair, and she was so gracious, generous and really took her time. It was a very emotional situation for me, and she held space for me beautifully. She could have insisted that I cut it really really short to spare her the trouble, but instead she took the extra time to save as much length as possible. Really great space, wonderful staff and even the customers are great!

Gave two stars so they can't make the review disappear. I will never trust them again. I asked if they had someone the knew how to bleach they said yes it was a lie she didn't know what she was doing. She even asked me if I knew what developer she needed to do my hair like ummm exsuce me. I don't recommend also one of the employees were Obviously Sick because she was coughing and sneezing and sniffling.

See Stephanie! She has done multiple different colour jobs for me, including a beautiful ombre, highlights and peakaboos. Also amazing at styling hair for prom and weddings, she's did a wonderful job on my half up half down do for my brothers wedding, as I was in the bridal party. And she did my prom hair full updo. She also has cut my hair numerous times I'm always pleased with her work!

Would not recommend. I originally was told a hairdresser there doesn't do the type of style I wanted, yet I was booked with them anyways. Figured give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe it would be fine. Had to tell them 3 times how much to cut off. Also wanted ombre style done and it was butchered and not even close to what I wanted done. At the end it was rushed because their next appointment was already there. Not impressed for paying over 100$ and walking out feeling like I need to get it fixed elsewhere.
