I showed up for my appointment and was told to come back later since I decided I just wanted a cut not a colour. The only reason I decided to not get a colour was because the colourist was not at all confident in answering my questions to the outcome of my hair after dyeing it so I decided to not risk getting a colour and just get it cut. Not interested in going to a salon that cannot uphold their appointment times. I specifically called and made an appointment during my availability and then I am told to come back for an appointment time that is not in my availability.
