Shahla was amazing! This is the first time I’ve ever had my hair cut and loved it instantly. She made me so comfortable and showered me in compliments about my hair which prior to arriving I had been feeling quite down about. She told me all about the ways to keep my hair healthy and now that I’ve changed my method there has been a real change. Thanks to Shahla I feel more confident with my hair than ever. I would 100% recommend this place and I now hope to have Shahla as my go to hair dresser from now on!

Got my hair cut by Maria, who's a nice lady but I was not impressed with my hair cut. I asked for layers and told her that my hair parts on the side. She cut my layers with a middle part so that at the end when she put my part back to the side, all of the top short layers on one side went to the other side. So now with a side part, one side of my hair has a dense, short layer and the other side doesn't have layers at all. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love this place, very professional and friendly people. I got my best haircuts and high-lights here. Very clean and welcoming environments. I am pleased that they offer varieties of services, so you can get many things done in one stop. Bibi is an amazing hair stylist, she knows her work and gives you good recommendations to how to choose style and colors. A bit pricey, but it worth the quality of the work.

Got the worst hair cut in years. Provide my old photo as reference. The first woman did a horrible job and said its done. Another came and try to fix but then she said she did it right it's me who's wrong. Lol. Not gonna even argue with a hairstylist that can't even follow a photo to do a simple hair cut.

I absolutely love this place and their kind staff. For a student, their prices are amazing. I've had Bibi cut my hair more than a handful of times and she always knows what styles work best for my hair type. She also always spent time to dry my hair and style it as well as a complimentary wash at the beginning. Would definitely recommend it:)

I’ve found the perfect, long lasting royal purple hair colour here. Rachel is a great stylist and the rest of the team were very accommodating and kind to my young kids who wanted to have cuts and colour at the same time.

They understand what you tell them to do and do the same. This is quite important when you need to have a haircut because how will a person cut your hair if that person does not understand what you want or is unable to do what you want. So this salon is perfect in both the criterion.

I did my hair with Lauryn and she lifted my brassy hair to a really beautiful ashy blond. I've bleached my hair several times and this is the one time it doesn't feel damaged at all! She is super kind and professional- I recommend her for anyone wanting to lighten their hair :)

I had my first visit today and they are definitely going to be my salon in Waterloo from now on. Bibi was my stylist and worked with me to get the look I wanted and it turned out amazing. I also got a shellac pedicure, while my hair was setting and love it as well. The staff is ultra friendly, tea and coffee are provided and if you need to spend an hour or two at a salon, it's a very friendly and professional place. Great job girls!

Got good results in colouring my hair. Professional services. Friendly. The person working on my hair asked her co-worker to help. I didn't mind. Only the co-worker cut foil while stood and watch. A bit awkward. She could have helped with brushing colour into my hair. I wish they gave me a break down of what I paid for. Ended up paying 30% more of my budget. I tipped 10%still.

Charged me 3 times what they initially quoted me on the phone because I had “long hair”. The lady gave me an uneven haircut and a horrible perm. After visiting another salon to fix my hair, I called them back to request a refund for the poor service. The lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional and refused a refund. This is a poor quality salon that does not care about its clients.

First time client, with the owner as stylist, I came in for a root touch up. The roots came out significantly lighter than my hair. When I pointed this out she said "Well, I left the dye on for a long time". She then "diffused" my hair to "dry" it. I left with wet hair, covered in smelly curl defining product that she tried to upsell me, leaving my hair greasy looking all day. I had a mediocre pedicure while waiting for the dye to process. Very disappointing overall.
