I've been going to Oz since 2014 and I've always had an amazing experience. The stylists are warm, friendly, professional, and very talented. I cannot say enough good things, especially, about Brooke. The salon is always clean and they are taking every precaution to ensure a safe experience during the pandemic. I will keep coming back for as long as possible!

Love this place! Brooke and Amber are both amazing! I am sure the rest of the staff is awesome as well but I have had my hair done by both and could not be happier! It is a lovely space with beautiful art available for purchase. I will be a customer for life! The staff are friendly and always offer an awesome variety of beverages. They never push products but are very happy to answer questions. I always look forward to my appointment! I could honestly not say enough about OZ. Highly recommended????

Hayley is amazing, I've been a client of hers for years. I trust Hayley with my hair so much that the last time I coloured my hair I had her pick the colours and surprise me - it turned out great as always. Before school started back up my oldest went to Hayley for his first haircut in years that was done by someone other than me because of anxiety. Hayley put him at ease and he loved the experience so much he's already looking forward to his next hair cut. 10/10 Can't recommend her enough!

Wife asked for a hair cut showing photos of the exact design but instead they cut it really short and destroyed her hair. Now she have to wait for months before she can get to close to the hair length again.. Also before leaving the store, instead of being nice to her.. the guy at the cashier started being sarcastic and making jokes of her hair. They are lucky I was not there.. Not recommended as they can't do what they should and they are not even polite

Really enjoyed my experience today with Amy. First time at this salon, I called super last minute since I was nearby and wanted to see if I’d be able to get a simple haircut and they fit me in no problem. This is a very relaxing a spacious salon, no loud music, tons of big windows and natural light - it’s a great space! I really appreciated how gentle Amy was with my hair (I have fine/thinning hair), and the easy flow of light conversation. This review might sound like no-brainers but you’d be surprised how many salon experiences I’ve had where these things are not the case. Happy with my fresh cut, Amy was great and very interested in making sure I was happy with the cut throughout the entire process. Priced very fairly. Thanks Oz!

I dyed my hair in this store. I have to say that the hair dye they used was horrible!!! I washed my hair for four, five times but still couldn't wash them away! Also, I couldn't comb my hair because of this hair dye. It was also very expensive for dying hair only ( no drying service!!!). Never ever go to this store!!!????

My stylist was Hayley - was a big decision to cut my hair short after having it long for quite some time so was quite hesitant to do it but super happy with my results

They were extremely accommodating with the tight timeframe my friend and I had for our grad photos. My stylist/makeup artist was amazing, but I unfortunately didn't get her name (she was blonde with blue eyes and petite). She did an amazing job blowdrying and styling my hair and the natural makeup she gave me looked incredible. I highly recommend them :)

Brooke took a great deal of effort ensuring the cut/style I was wanting would be flattering, she took extra time in thinking about how a peek-a-boo colour would be able to look just as fantastic with my hair parted from either side or pulled back. Trendy salon with affordable prices. Plenty of stylists and good hours, so getting an appointment to suit your schedule is easy (do book ahead though). Only critical suggestion I have is to upgrade HVAC for better air exchange, as the air can get pretty heavy with the various chemicals used. (mainly seems to be a problem on busy days - i.e. Saturday)
