IN SHORT: NEVER COME TO THEIR STORE! I called through to make a reservation at 3pm but when I arrived, they were serving someone else. I was told to wait and I wait there for around an hour with no explanation for ignoring my reservation. There are barbers, the female barber looks like the store owner while the male barber seems to be a trainee. After an hour, the male barber asks me to sit down, however, I noticed that the male barber did a horrible job on the previous customer and requires help from the female barber, hence I asked whether I can have my hair cut done by the female barber and I was told that I need to wait again, then I leave the place.
