After my first appointment with Lisa, I knew I would be returning. As someone who get waxed regularly, I didn’t think there would be much of a difference with sugaring, now I can say she has converted me! Lisa was great, she makes you feel very comfortable and even explained the differences in sugaring vs waxing. She is very fast and thorough with her work! I would recommend her to anybody!

I have been seeing Lisa for body sugaring for year now and every trip I make is perfect. Lisa is defiantly a professional in hair removal ! Her salon is extremely clean and is a very inviting environment ! She now has her own body care line ! I love the sugar scrub, I have had issues with ingrown hair and this stuff is seriously AMAZING. The oils in the sugar scrub leave my skin feeling so soft and smells great. I cannot say enough good things about Boutique Salon and Suites !

I've gone to see Kayla a couple times now for sugaring and I have definitely been converted! I have seen the benefits from sugaring over waxing, thinner hair, softer skin, longer lasting results and even though it is still painful it is over so much quicker than waxing! I actually look forward to my appointments now. Would definitely recommend to anyone who may be considering getting it done on any area of the body!

Lisa is always very friendly and professional in her business. She always makes me feel welcome and comfortable, whether it’s for hair or sugaring services. I’ve been a client of hers for quite a few years now, and honestly have no complaints! She always goes above and beyond to make suggestions about hair colour, cuts, etc, and goes the extra mile to have certain products available that she thinks would improve a service (ie toner for my blonde hair!). She’s also understanding when it comes to needing to change appointments or if I’m ever running late, etc. Highly recommend The Boutique Salon for all of your hair and body sugaring needs!

Lisa !! I was not extremely late !!It was just 10 minutes and then I had to wait for another few minutes at the entrance until someone come and serve me . I am sure this can happen anywhere and anytime . I also understand and I accept that you couldn’t accommodate my special request. My problem wasn’t that I couldn’t get the service .I was frustrated because you asked me to leave without even asking Kyla.And you blamed me for wasting two hours from your time and it was not my fault at all . Again !! I don’t accept the way that you asked me to leave without getting my service From Kyla . I don’t think this is a right way to deal with the customers. It was horrible experience .Lisa accepted my appointment but she didn’t Pay attention to my special request (private room ) .and when I was there I realized that I can’t make my hair because it is not private room.She got mad and she asked me to leave (she KICKED ME OUT)because I blamed her for not reading my Request .she also didn’t let me get my pedicure done with Kyla.She was very rood and I really didn’t expect that from her (according the excellent reviews on their website ).i really want to forget this bad experience!!! I advise Lisa to re-consider dealing with her customers better than this in order to maintain her business .She doesn’t deserve even half star .

The location is clean and quaint, Lisa is very professional and welcoming and I’m always pleased with my results. I’ve received great after-care recommendations as well and making/cancelling or rescheduling appointments is a breeze. Definitely a 5 star experience all around!
