I am giving Harlow Beauty Boutique a hard five star rating, it truly is a hidden gem. I arrived shortly after eleven was greeted with a friendly face and offered a beverage right at the beginning. Honestly, I was beyond nervous because I’m quite attached to my hair and last time I lost a lot of hair when I went in for a cut. She cut off what was needed and shaped my face as I requested. I then showed the stylist, Leah like nine pictures I wanted and they were all different. I wanted a balayage from dark brown to the lightest blonde she could do. I truly couldn’t be more happy, she achieved EXACTLY what I wanted. She was so friendly and funny as well. While I was there a guest came in who was rude and drug my stylist name into the dirt, but I’d like to say that the owner handled it appropriately and my stylist was everything I needed and more. I will be back, and I’m already recommended not only this beauty boutique but also my talented stylist to everyone who compliments my hair. PS great pricing as well. ????
