Can't say I've ever gotten a bad haircut, maybe once or twice in the past 5 years I've gone there. It's convienent because you don't need an appointment and the hairdressers always start conversations!

Went there for a haircut, the lady who did my hair was rushy and did a horrible job. I've never seen such a grumpy ride hairstylist in my entire life. Never going here again. Not worth asking for a refund as I know she'd fight me for it. People, please don't come here.

Went in got my Hair trimmed, Cheryl did an awsome job, I’m so pleased with my hair cut, just loving it. Thank you Cheryl, would highly recommend her to anyone, will definitely get her to do my hair from now on ????????

I went for a trim and had my hair tapered around my face. Quickest cut ever and was left to even out my own hair. Took my daughter in yesterday and had a different hairdresser. Now my daughter has a bob that is over an inch longer on one side. She didn't even double check to make sure it was even. They used to be good but for the past year have messed up on everything my family has had done. Never going back!

Spent $120 on a Perm. Originally I wanted a loose Spiral, was discouraged from that cause I didn’t have the hair length. My 2nd choice was a Body Wave (loose curl). I have hair past my shoulders. My hair after this Perm is very very curly, much more curl than I wanted, definitely not a body wave. Nothing I can do short of cutting it off. Its a good curl an all just not what I wanted. Now have to wait for it to grow out, very discouraged about this Perm and First Choice Haircutters.

It's an alright place for getting haircuts, I've never really got a bad haircut there. I admit, the hairdressers are pretty professional and they seem to know what they're doing. But that's not the problem, I just find them sort of rude and a little bit arrogant. Like every time I get a haircut there, I sit down and try to start small talk. They either shoot me down or reply with really snarky comments. I find that they only care about giving you haircuts, not actually talking to you.

Went for a trim, said I’m trying to keep growing it out. I ended up with 4 inches less and now have pieces falling out of my pony tail at the back. Lady was nice but just didn’t listen when I said I didn’t want much taken off. When I straighten my hair it looks choppy and not well cut for someone with 20+ yrs experience!!! Will never come back again. So disappointed.

I remember going to a First Choice barbershop in Toronto when I was a teenager. The lady who trimmed my hair constantly told me how bad my hair texture was and then gave me a horrible haircut that I paid full price for. I never went back - I was really embarrassed and my self-esteem took a bit of a dip for a week. Since then, I've learned how to trim my own hair and it's impossible to tell the difference between a trim from a barbershop. Please ensure that your employees have some sort of racial sensitivity training.

Went in yesterday for literally a trim and to have my layers put back in. I am in no way happy... She butchered my hair. I have short layers Where on the other side its shorter or longer. I thought maybe it was because my hair was in shock but it still looks the same this morning. She even cut my bangs without having the decency to ask what I was wanting done with them.. Not happy and will not be going back. Forgot to mention it was the manager her self that cut mine.

First Choice Hair cutters just lost a 10 year customer! Besides being the dollar store of hair salons, their choices of business practices treating a small town clientele like big city clientele is a huge turn off! The haircuts are low end and the first come, first served policy only works for people with no where to go and all day to do it! Putting a name on a list and coming back in 40 minutes to an hour is just a stupid, ass backwards waste of time policy! BYE!

Never had my haircut here before but after the experience I had with the lady that was working today when we stopped by there I wouldn't recommend any one to go there. P.S. we were only trying to show our new born to an old family friend I really dont think you needed to talk to us the way you did, very unprofessional.

We took our granddaughter, who is 5, for her first haircut today. The stylist was AWESOME ! She was patient and made it fun for our granddaughter. Our granddaughter has very long , very curly hair and it had a couple of very difficult knots but the stylist managed to get them both out with no discomfort for our granddaughter. The cut was also very good. We will definitely be going back here for future cuts.

This was the worst haircut I have ever had. Both myself and my husband walked away saying to ourselves we will never return or recommend this terrible place to anyone. I had to go to another hair salon to get the cut corrected. It looked like a chopped up mess. I was very embarrassed and would not let anyone see me until I got it fixed.

Went in at 330 ladie had two buzz cuts and 2 hair cutters said they close at 5 and don't have time for anyone Else. Left Walmart at 430 lights off place closed. So much for not unuff time. Pretty rude if you ask for my review. Seems they just wanted to go home early.

Worst place to get your hair cut!! My son just went in to get a back to school hair cut. The lady cutting his hair tried 3 times to make it look like it was not cut by a 3 year old. She failed!! Then she told him she can’t see vary well so it makes it hard to cut hair....... We went to leave and she grabbed my son and tried to keep him in the chair. Don’t ever go here. They should be shut down

Worst haircut ever! I gave very specific instructions and have no idea how they could have been misunderstood. What I requested and what I ended up with couldn’t be more different. Thankfully hair grows and in time this nightmare will be a bad memory.
