It was my first time there. Everyone was so friendly and sweet. Darius gave me a gorgeous haircut and I loved the was he styled my hair. He took his time listening to what I needed and talked to me about what he was gonna do. He is certainly a pro at what he does.

Do not and I mean do not get your hair colored at this salon. I colored my hair 3 months ago with Darious who promised to give me the Ash color balayage but he could not. He was trying it on my hair and he is not the expert. I ended up with blonde hair but what made me silent is that my hair was soft and it was not damaged and I said let's see. After two months I came back for roots and toner. Darious booked another client in the same time and he was doing partial foils for her and he left the toner on my hair for one hour claiming that he wanted to give the ash color. Of course he needed more time to finish his other client. One day after, I noticed the damaged hair which I got because of what he did. My hair now is really damaged and lost its shine. I grew my hair out for 5 months after I cut it in order to get rid of the dry hair and Darious was able to damage it again because of his favorite client. I think this one is worst color I had ever on my hair. I know my hair will grow again but but I am so upset and my hair looks awful. I lost 2 hours and 20 min in his dirty Salon to end up with over processed hair. Oh and by the way the stylist with the greedy behavior charged me 100 Dollars for what he did and refused to fully refund me.

Not a good haircut. Just see what I got yesterday, Aug 15. I did not realise it right away, only the next day (ie today) and we are now leaving Vancouver tomorrow morning. I am sure it happened because of that stupod mask! It was supposed to be a straight cut???? no layers, so what you can see below the "main line" is extra and needs to be removed????

I'd just moved to the neighborhood and thought, "what are the chances there's an amazing salon/stylist less than a block from my home?" Well...THERE IS! The salon itself is modern, CLEAN, professional, friendly and fun. And the stylists...well they're the exact same! It's always a gamble to try a new stylist but I would highly recommend Enchante. My stylist is .....hmm..wait...I dont' want to tell you! He's amazing and he's so friggin' busy already! Choose any of them and you'll be happy. Drop in, do a consultation and you'll see what I mean. PS. I think the price is on par with other stylists. I get a cut/highlights and it's less than $200. Actually, I get an outstanding cut and highlights!

Do not and I mean do not get your hair cut at this salon. It is hit and miss as their stylist's change all the time. I grew my hair out for one year and finally made an appointment to have it syled for my sons wedding. I showed the stylist Judy (leaving in one month) a picture of what I wanted. I gave her clear intructions not to cut my bangs or the thinning sides of my hair. Well they were the first to go. I tried over and over again to expain to no avail so I left with the worse haircut I have ever had. The next day I went to the owner Raymond who agreed it was a bad cut and would fix it for me. The nightmare continues another bad cut. I think this one is worse. I know no one died but I am so upset and my hair looks awful. Oh and by the way the stylist with the good review below is gone. Does anyone out there know a great sylist as I need someone to fix this mess asap.

I love Enchante. I have gone to Raymond for 15 years & I have had beautiful results every single time. I don't even tell him what I want because he has a Talent with cuts, hair color & perms. His prices are great, which leaves me with enough money to leave him a good tip! Now that I moved to Nanaimo I still take the Ferry over for the day...that way I don't end up with problema like I did when I tried to get a hair dresser near by. It is worth it!! Also all of his staff have extensive experience. This place brings me utter joy! !
