Autumn cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted it and took the time more than once to confirm the look I was going for. If I could give 10 stars I would. If you’re looking for more than just a haircut and want that next level this is the place. And very reasonably priced if not underpriced for the quality of their work.

She's not just a lovely person, but also a kick-ass boss lady who's great at what she does; I have never left with a hair cut/style that I didn't absolutely love. For my appointment with Jen the owner, I arrived on time and sat down for a few minutes as she completed with another customer. Once it was my turn, as soon as I sat down, she mentioned that she didn't have enough time for an appointment that I showed up on time for, that was booked 2-3 weeks in advance. Tonight I would only be getting a cut with no wash or scalp massage. I am understanding, so I accepted that was okay. Despite the cut turning out okay, the whole thing felt rushed and that she was distracted the majority of the time with everyone else's cut. At the end I still got charged full price for only receiving half of the service I paid for, with no apologies. All in all, didn't feel like a valued customer at what most would call a high end salon.

This salon is such a little hidden gem in the Trenton downtown core! It’s such a gorgeous salon with just REAL straight up stylists who are easy to get along with. I LOVE this salon! I just started going but it is easily the best salon in Trenton. Jessica does my hair and BOY that girl knows what she is doing. She is a perfectionist and my hair always looks amazing when she is done with it. She preformed a Christmas miracle on my head (trust me, it was a MESS). The atmosphere is modern and comfortable, the music is always pumping. They use really good high end hair products (Redken and Living Proof) that work wonders on all hair types. Seriously everyone, you need to go here.

Back in October I got my hair cut by Jess, she seemed very nice and personable when I made the appointment and had a consultation, but the day of the cut it was totally different, very cold shoulder and seemed to want to rush me out the door. I've wanted a cut since but I am very hesitant. I have been told I'm not the only customer that felt this from her, perhaps I'll need to try another stylist.

The staff and vibe of the salon is very welcoming, super friendly the place is cozy! Prices are affordable, depending on the stylist but worth the money. They even offer you a drink (alcoholic or not) which is different than most places. You can also book online if that's your thing as well!
