Called to book an appointment for my daughter, was told walk ins only. Waited for 30 minutes for them to take other people who arrived after us. Horrible customer service.

Would not recommend... the lady that did my made a mistake by cutting the underneath too short compared to the rest. I only found out after I put my hair up on a ponytail.
