I'm rattled. Walked in with long hair. Asked for "above the shoulders", "I just want it off my shoulders", "I would like a TRIM". Literally cut all my hair off. Just scrolled through pictures and December 2017 was the last time my hair was this short. Almost 2 years of growth gone. I wanted a TRIM. I even showed a picture of myself from November 2018 as an example for length. So 11months worth of growth wrong? How is that even possible. ☹️
