Love Carlo's. Love the people, the products the one on one i get with every team member. Amanda is amazing and can take a fuschia pink and turn it into a platinum blond like no other. Adrian does some of the best color work I have ever seen especially when i let my roots grow out. He is a master mixer and Lana ive been going to spas for over 30 years. Lana is by far the best in town i have seen since moving back permanently. The fact that she helps to teach and groom the newbies is amazing and she can fix anything i wholeheartedly mean that. Her pedicures are to die for! Ive been going since they moved when i was in and out of town and always got major compliments in Europe about how full my hair was. So thank you guys and i love that you dont push products we try them out first and if they work then I get them. Thanks for being my amazing team I'd be 80s Madonna without you all lol and for everyone else who are so kind and so nice everytime i come in they treat me as a preferredcustomer and friend.. All my girls at the front you kick all kinds of butt. Thank you for always getting me in if its a rush. You couldnt ask for a greater set of people! Thank you so so much and thanks for putting up with this crazy chick! Lol even carlos is there to say hello everyrime couldnt ask for a better team

One of the best places to get your haircut. The staff are friendly especially Gino, Carlo and Renee is amazing at Mens haircuts!!! The whole staff always go out of their way to make you feel at home. The only thing I might change is the music, it’s December they need some Christmas music. Again best place to go In Thunder Bay!

Ive been getting cut there for almosot 20 and i have allways been greeted like a old friend never ever had a bad hair cut so if your looking to get your hair done go there you will not regret it by far the best hair design in the city i could go on and on but i dont have the time so go go go go

I just got home with a haircut I like. It was washed, cut, styled and paid for in about 15 minutes. I was even offered complimentary coffee. I chose cold water from the water cooler. I didn't feel rushed and it was a great experience.

Do not let them flat iron your hair.. they will fray it and burn it. Update: been having severe scalp pain since Carlo did my hair. :( attached below is a photo after the hair cut and straightening he did to my hair. The back is a big fried mess. Still experiencing pain on scalp and painful to put hair up. I'm humiliated. He fried my baby hairs and gave me big side burns . Awful person. First and last time going there.
