Really great hair salon. Staff are professional and knowledgeable. They even made accommodation to include not calling me during certain times so they don’t wake me up when I’m sleeping off a night shift.

My appt was originally at 230pm. They didn't have my number on file to call me in. The lady was doing another women's hair and then running around on the other side helping the other women's hair. Tuesdays they closed at 5pm. I wanted my hair to be lighter than it is right now. I felt like she rushed my hair. I wasn't satisfied with my hair at the end. Lastly, she brushed my head with a spiky brush.. it really hurt my scalp. She was just too quick and I didn't enjoy it.

I tried this salon for the first time recently and I was disappointed. I do not like the cut and the hairdresser didn't know how to style my hair properly, so it didn't look good. Plus the receptionist was not friendly at all. After all that I was charged $75 for my haircut. That is way too expensive.

I had my first haircut with Cali today. She was very professional and took the time before starting to ask me what I was hoping to do with my hair. We discussed options and agreed on a style that would suit me and my hair type. She washed my hair and the massage was wonderful! It was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! My hair looks and feels fantastic. I'll definitely be back.

Don't go to this place unless you have a ton of time and are 100% sure of exactly what you want and know exactly how to express it. I felt it was way overpriced for what it was worth and have fun getting a cut colour and style.. That would take all weekend.

Storm has been my salon for a little more than two years. When I first started going it was because I lived nearby, but even after moving to St. Catharines I continue to drive out to Fonthill. Why? Well, their customer service is excellent, I never have to wait long for an appointment and I LOVE that they use Aveda products on my hair. Lastly, and most importantly, Brooke (my stylist) is the best! She consistently cuts my hair exactly how I like and did a fantastic job on my hair for my wedding! It's awesome to have a stylist you can trust to always do an excellent job!

I brought my son in for a hair cut. It was a fade... so, I didn't think I would have to stand over him while his hair was cut. I should have. My son was so upset and after I spent $45 on this cut, I had to take him somewhere to have it fixed. Terrible.

Have yet be be able to make it in. Booked an appointment online, they rescheduled for a different day. I asked to have the appointment pushed to later on in the day (this communication happened a week before the appointment) and the appointment was simply canceled with no warning. Luckily I called ahead before making the trip so I was informed it was canceled and I couldn’t be fit in for another week. Disappointed but hopefully worth the wait. Originally contacted them on April 5th, won’t get in until the 20th. Update: wasn’t worth the wait. Paid for highlights and blow dry $150 (they didn’t schedule enough time for a cut like I asked) and I left with my hair half wet and super frizzy. Will not be returning and if you have any texture to your hair I suggest you don’t either.

I'm new to the area so I thought that I would try them out. I loved my cut from Kate, but was not happy with the colour. You always know how good an organization is by the way they handle a complaint. I was nervous about complaining, however I had asked for a different color. The staff were terrific, my colour was fixed by Tammy. She did a fantastic job, not only with my color but included a head/hand massage. I was very impressed and will be heading back to this salon. Thanks!
