I got eyelash extentions today with the lovely Miss India. I showed up a splash early for my appt & was seated in a very beautifully decorated area. The staff was kind. The salon was very clean & I loved the style ! Prices were VERY reasonable & I am very (super) happy with my services. I feel great . I recommend this place for your spa/beauty needs.

Went to Tracie’s Spa to have my hair done before the holidays. The employees were all very friendly and accommodating, all social distancing and Covid19 precautions were followed and respected, disinfecting all chairs/tools/desks every time a client came or went. My hairdresser Jenna is absolutely meticulous and takes so much care when colouring and cutting hair! She did a full head of foils for me and I couldn’t be happier with the blonde she has brought me back to. All the ladies working were courteous and I left with a big smile. Thank you Tracie’s.

Unprofessional is an understatement. They care more about the money and their reviews than the satisfaction of their customers. I feel so bad for that young girl and her hair you guys ruined! At least own up to it and fix it or refund her. Do not waste your money or time!!!!!

I have been going to Tracies Spa for years now. The service is unreal and they are always so helpful. In the last two and a half years, I have since moved to Antigonish and because I love Jenna and the crew so much, I continue to make the trip to Sydney every 6-7 weeks!

I went for the anti aging facial and massage, it was amazing! I was totally relaxed and felt like a good nap after. My face felt amazing after. The products they use are awsome and i would totally recommend this place :) thanks so much

Enjoyed the generous open house Traci Spa Life offered it’s customers. I have been enjoying the perks of being a Traci’s Spa client for years now. To avoid a bias review, I am going to post the actions the spa took during this event that represents the reasons I love it here so much???? ... 1) arrived and a line up grew quickly ... the spa greeted all with a friendly welcome and thank you for coming, gave an option of waiting at a personal set up table or in your cozy warm car ... either option had lovely festive music to enjoy. Very organized professional and considerate! Happy I did not need to stand in the rain with all these COVID rules! 2) the event deals were fantastic... better than any Black Friday event! Buy one get one deals on multiple services and 15% products!!! How generous!!! ???? you know I ate that up! YUM! 3) I had the option of buying a glass of wine or a bottle so I obviously enjoyed my mom’s day off and bought the bottle and lovely Ann filled it no matter where I was in the building! She was absolutely fantastic! Thank you for great service Ann! They went through all the extra effort to clear their rooms of all furniture to make space for tables that their customers could pre book or utilize on arrival... very COVID friendly ???? THEN they served complementary drinks AND FOOD from Flavour, how GENEROUS! There was the option of buy extra drinks or even a bottle of wine! HELLO THIS SPA has a license!!!!! AMAZING ???? we enjoyed a COVID safe holiday event and took advantage of great savings all because Traci Spa life cares enough to go that extra mile for their clients... oh and icing on the cake ... they all looked beautiful and let’s be real... we go to a spa because we like pretty things... well they are some pretty!!! And did you see that man’s Christmas suit!!! Well if that doesn’t get you in the Christmas spirit than you are one grinch and you can begone!!! Thank you too all the wonderful staff and Ann for such a lovely mom’s day out and Christmas cheer????did I mention complimentary manis???? HOW GENEROUS!!!
