I recently moved here from Ontario. Someone highly recommended nurtured salon so I thought I'd give them a try since I didn't know any other salons or stylists here. Terrible experience; Rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I called and made an appointment with meghan. I waited weeks for the appointment and on the day of she called to cancel it due to weather. Understandable. I was calling them for two days after trying to rebook. I left a message that was never followed up. After days of not reaching anyone I booked an appointment online which I would have to wait weeks for . On the day of my appointment I called to confirm the time and was told I didn't have an appointment. Receptionist called me back a few minutes later and said Meghan would take me but I had to be there in 20 minutes. I rushed over, and literally as I was getting out of my car she calls me back again and says Meghan had a an appointment in 15 minutes and couldn't take me. I have a baby at home and had to pull major strings to have her looked after to make this appointment. Receptionist was so unbelievably rude I don't know how a salon that's apparently the best around would operate that way and have someone answering the phones in that manner. Super disappointed

I recently had the “Journey” package with Jillian and my experience was beyond wonderful! I was relaxed from the moment I arrived at this lovely spa and had the best time! All of the staff here are kind, professional and accommodating - I cant wait to go back!

I absolutely love Nurtured Spa! I have been going here regularly since shortly after it opened! Each experience is perfection! Everyone is so kind and wonderful at what they do. You will leave feeling completely pampered!
