I have been living in Sudbury for 2.5 years and have been travelling to Mississauga still to get my hair cut/colored because I was scared to trust anyone else with my hair. Post wedding, I was looking to make a dramatic change (went from half way down my torso to an angled bob) and decided to bite the bullet and try out a Sudbury salon and I am so happy I did. Rondez Vous had been suggested by a few friends...I was immediately greeted when I walked in and was asked if I would like anything to drink. Shelley was amazing!! She did such a great job and I am beyond happy with the result! Bonus: it was SO much cheaper than any salon in Southern Ontario!! I will definitely be back!

Got my hair done by hairstylist Korey! And she killed it, I am beyond happy with my results. I went in for a full head of highlights, she listened to what I had to say and made informative recommendations. I have never gotten a ‘root tap’ before, Korey did a great job of explaining what that is and how it would enhance to the look I was trying to achieve. I went in wanting layers to which I often get talked out because I have natural curls, but she cut my hair exactly how I wanted. Overall I am really impressed and will be returning to Korey in the future!

Greeeat! I went to them for a fixer upper from another hair salon I had gone too (Envirotrends--they are the worse!). My hair was in bad shape, but Amanda took her time and fixed me up really nice. My hair looks great now. I would recommend this place and Amanda to anyone! Thank you Rendez-Vous!

Gf and I had an appointment at the same time. She check in for both of us, and she went in right away to get her hair cut. I sat there for a good 35 min then was told I didn't have an appointment. I ask the manager wife (Louise Yeomans) why did they call me on my cell phone to remind me I had an appointment if i wasn't schedule.` Her answer was it wasn't her fault, and didn't apologize for wasting my time and was extremely rude.

I cant put into words how great this place is! I've been coming here since 2009 so I've not only seen the place change and expand.. I've also watched it grow to be hands down #1 in Sudbury for what they do! From the owners, stylists, products, environment, experience, cleanliness and even prices!! I could go on forever... nobody does it better! When people ask me where I go I'm always more then happy to say Rondezvous.. Going here isn't just about getting a haircut or one of the many other things they offer. Its about the experience!! It's not just a regular trip. They all go out of their way to ensure you have the best possible time and always leave looking and feeling amazing! I thought it was about time I made an honest review after so many years! For all my fellow males reading this review. The cuts for men "like myself" are amazing! It's not just a place for woman! Check it out and you won't regret it. I've had almost every stylist at some point since coming here so I'd recommend trying anyone!!

Don’t get me wrong Céline did a good job on my hair 6 months ago. But I scheduled a consult with her for today, to see about a new colour I wanted to do but I was nervous! I get told that she’ll be a few minutes (which I was perfectly fine with) and what I’m assuming was an apprentice called me over and I mentioned that I wanted my consult with Céline but she was like “Ya well your colour will be with her but she’s too busy” ... What was the point of having an appointment? She wasn’t even sure if the colour was totally attainable and did not make me feel comfortable with the change whatsoever. Needless to say it was a waste of my time, what was the point of booking a consult if I didn’t even get to consult with the person doing my hair? Not a great way to keep clients, because I won’t be coming back for this reason. I have booked my service at another salon that was more then happy to take 5 minutes to chat with me and what her expectations were.

On March 3, 2021 I went to Rondez-Vous salon for the first time, the front staff were very responsive and kind, I had my haircut by Larissa and I absolutely loved it! I hadn't been able to get a haircut in about a year because of Covid, but Larissa was very genuine and kind and gave me the exact haircut I was looking for. I will definitely be returning again!

Both my daughters went to see Myriam at Rondezvous, and were so very happy with their colour and cut, that they talked me into making an appointment. Since they referred me, I got a $20 discount on my highlights (as well as my daughter next time she goes), I was shocked to see how young Myriam was, but after finding out that she watched her mother do hair since she was young, and had graduated several years ago, I was more comfortable. Not only is she very talented, but a fun girl to talk to while getting your hair done. I am sure that this is the best highlight and cut I have had in years!

Don't waste your time. I dont live in Sudbury so after driving for 2 hours I got to the salon, (on time), and was told "I gave your appointment away". I had 2 other appointments before this. The first one was a hack job and the 2nd one was okay and the 3rd one, well I guess i just wasn't important enough. I'll NEVER go back to this salon again.

I honestly love rendezvous. I have been a client for a long time and have seen a few different stylists there. If for whatever reason I am not 100% satisfied with my hair, they are always very adamant that my satisfaction is most important...and will see me to correct. I love the fact that they work as a team-and utilize their team members strengths to make their clients happy. I asked for big hair-they got a stylest who knows how to make that magic happen. Staff is pretty friendly. I always refer my friends and family. It's my salon.

Did the prices increase? extremely overpriced and large turn over in staff. I was loyal to Rendezvous for the past 4 years and it's unfortunate to say that they've lost my business due to overpricing and less experienced staff.
