I've been going to Pandemonium for about 2 years. Service is fast, which I appreciate bc my hair is not complicated yet I could never get out of my old salon in less than an hour. I don't waste my time at Pandemonium. They have a great atmosphere, staff are in a good mood. The hair stylists are up to date with trends and not stuck in the past. Great experiences there. I walked there Friday morning. Store hours are 9 - 7. And the doors were locked. I waited for 20 minutes outside and it started to rain. I frequently walked back for the next hour and they were still not open. This is unacceptable!

I went in to pandemonium for some low lights to compliment my old highlights, jacky put a full head of low lights in and left my root! She then tried to blend the root in which didn't work! She then put purple shampoo in for 30 mins which left my hair a deep grey colour! My hair was grey/green for over 3 days! When I called and explained they said they could get me in thursday free of charge! On thursday at 9:30 the new hairdresser called me and explained that it wasnt going to be free of charge! I ended up getting a half of head of highlights and still ended up with roots!! This salon cuts corners and charges top dollar! I wont be back to this salon ever again!

Great little salon! I've tried a couple other places in Sudbury and Pandemonium is definitely the best! Jerica listened to what I wanted and kept checking in with me to make sure the cut was heading in a direction I liked. The salon had a great vibe too! Very cheery!

I felt worse about myself walking out of the salon than I felt walking in. I left the salon with *wet hair* which dried into a massive frizz halo and felt like dead grass (re: Mia Thermopolis pre magical makeover). I repeat, my stylist didnt even take the time to dry my hair. The colour isn't what I wanted and neither is the cut. I'm sure all the stylists do excellent work but I guess today wasn't the day for me. The positives: The salon was clean. The stylists were friendly/bubbly. My hair is now a different length???

Never going again and NEVER recommending anyone to go there! Awful service. Had to ask them to do the bare minimum tasks such as washing my hair. Was told not to ask my hairdresser to do anything after my hair cut so she could leave earlier. Didn't speak to my relative for her entire haircut, didn't offer to wet hair before cut. Either they don't know how to cut people of colour hair or don't want to properly.
