I always take my son here for a haircut. But tonight I walked in and the girl said we're closed we can't take you. First of all it was 5:20 and there was plenty of time for his haircut. I ended up going to enviro trends and they took him in right away with no hesitation. Looks like I will be going there now. I absolutely hate snobby girls and the customer service was horrible!!!!

The worst place ever the barber was so obnoxious and absurd to me as if she is cutting my hair for free. I made a huge mistake going there that completely ruined my day. Never going back there again. They deserve no star. Unfortunately I had to chose one for posting my review.

I wouldn't recommend going after my last experience or taking the last appointment of the day at any salon for that matter... as I felt very rushed & unsatisfied. I feel like my cut would have come out better if the stylist wasn't trying to get me out of there so fast. They made me pay before my cut was even finished & the stylist was blatently irritable.

I went here wanting a bleach (from a previously box bleached 1x) /then bright red dye colour.. I ended up getting a blotchy orange/copper color.. I went back and asked questions about the process done, and a possible solution; and, or refund. - Stuck up and rude owners. My hairdresser was more content and mature about it. Offered to fix it, right as we had a calm possible solution, the Main front desk women started blaming me for the 25 minute job; A bleach to a bright colour. (Standard recommandation procedure. 45 minute to a hour colour correction - patiencly, belitted publically by them. I work in retail, so I expect a certain amount of maturity and basic common sense when owning up to the misfortune for all of us involved.. Anyways, I should have walked out of there with my full refund. They messed up my hair !! for god sakes I am a girl I need to look good. Ĺol

They did an incroyable job with my hair, My hair was a mess and they fix it and i look super nice each time i walk in there.. Twice with good experiences.. Highly recommend then the walmart salon.. I hate that one and they messed up my hair and added things i never wanted.

I was in from out of town and decided to get my hair cut for a wedding I was going to . I showed Marlene a picture of exactly what I wanted .. (a longer bob with an angle cut ) She said ok and proceeded to cut me short layers on top as well and use the razor blade to fringe my hair around my face when I specifically said to keep the front long !! She styled it by curling as I asked for the wedding so it didn't look as bad until I straightened it to see the cut and was so upset to find she did nothing like I asked . She hardly looked at my pic and I felt she wasn't even listlening to what I wanted . I am incredibly unhappy with the services and can't even say she was that friendly .. I come to sudbury from time to time and I will never go back here!!!!!!!!!

The people here don't even know what they are doing, barbers are like awful and they don't even give you a clean cut. Don't even talk to me about stylists, they are mean. They don't even try to understand, the lady who cut my hair today got frustrated because I told her to cut my hair a bit more short because she didn't understand what I wanted in the first place, how can you be a hair stylist when you can't give your customer what they want? Bad experience, seriously. Won't recommend it to anybody.

I absolutely love this place! The staff are friendly and helpful. The owner, Louise knows more about hair than any person I have ever met in my lifetime and the barbers and stylists are talented and make you feel comfortable. Of course I am biased because I work there as a barber, but that doesn't mean that what I'm writing is untrue. They look after the clients during this Pandemic period, and they are very much cognizant about the clients safety and well-being.

Ordinarily I get Ralphy or Jose to cut my hair (bald fade) as their clipper work is uuuuuuusually pretty good. But due to time constraints and their extreme business i ended up going with Pauline. She butchered my hair. The ladies there REALLY need to work on fades and clipper work.

The lady that cut my hair did not ask me what I wanted before cutting. I had to stop her & tell her how I wanted my hair cut. She didn't talk to me the whole time. I asked the receptionist for prices before going in. & When I came out to pay the total was 45$ more than I expected, do to the hairdresser washing & styling without telling me that it would be extra. I left very unhappy. When I called the next day telling the manager what had happened the manager was very nice & got me a new appointment to fix my hair. My second appointment was a much nicer experience.

I had called up for an appointment for both my kids and the person who was on the phone said it was at 1.30 and 2pm. As the weather was bad I came in at 1.35 they said I missed my appointment and should come back later. Also they said that my kids were booked at the same time and both missed their appointment even though it was clearly said that they were booked half an hour apart. The front desk people were rude and kept on arguing as if I did a big mistake. I am never going back there again

This place has gone extremely downhill over the past year. What used to be a busy and vibrant shop, is now embarrassingly quiet, with two barbers bringing in 90% of the business. These barbers are over-booked which requires appointments to be made weeks in advance. Let the barbers take some of their own appointments via walk-ins. They recently lost a decent barber, and hired a few barbers that seem to be very green. When Ralph and Jose retire, I'm betting the shop goes with them...
