Rude service and came across as very judgmental as they were continuously making snarky comments towards me. Didn't appear to know what they were doing and made me feel uncomfortable. I would never recommend or personally attend this hair salon again.

I've always had such a positive experience when visiting Hair Central! All the employees are welcoming, so kind and go above and beyond. I always book my appointments with Brittany but I have no doubt the other hair dressers are just as amazing. Plus .. they serve alcohol. How could you go wrong? Made inappropriate comments about people of colour, the other hairdressers made rude comments about me like I couldn't hear them. My hairdresser tried to "apologize" and play it off like "that is just how they are sometimes". My hairdresser got offended when I reiterated what I wanted done and cut my hair very uneven. I asked her to fix it twice. She missed a few chunks of hair so they were much longer then the rest. I ended up going home and cutting it myself. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

Got a hair cut at this place today, It wasn't really a hair cut. The hairdresser literally chopped up my hair. Please don't go here they charge u a fortune and leave you with a bald head.

When my daughter made a...rash, ill-thought-out hair decision, these are the people who not only managed to salvage the situation - they made a whole new look for her and she loves it. I've had my hair cut here twice, and my son's twice. I've never left unsatisfied. You can have a beer here! Ask about their beer selection.

I have been with Lisa for 7 years now and she is one of the few hairdressers in this city who actually knows how to cut bangs. Lisa is excellent at what she does and I love that she has gotten to know both my hair and my style enough over the years to tell me whether I will like a certain colour or cut that I am contemplating, telling me what kind of maintenance and care it will require. I would not go anywhere else!
