Favorite place to go in town. The hairdressers are friendly and know what their doing. Its great to be able to feel confident that you'll come out with what you asked for. They also offer a scalp massage if you're into that. Would certainly recommend.

I called Janelle's for an appointment for my nails and they let me know that they do hair as well - I was looking to have a Saturday morning for some "me time" so I booked both hair and nails well in advance of when I wanted to come in (I believe I booked 8 days in advance). The day before my appointment I got a call saying that they had to cancel my nails because a bunch of people had called in sick. While I was there, several ladies came in for nails and were able to receive the service, so I felt quite short-changed. The hair dresser had an awful cold and kept having to leave to cough/drink water/etc. I told her how I part my hair, and she didn't cut it that way - she parted it the OPPOSITE way. I said I wanted my hair to flow (I believe my words were "ANYTHING but a blunt cut" and I was stupid enough to trust the hair dresser. She styled my hair after the cut and sent me on my merry way. I washed and straightened my hair at home and saw that I basically got a very poorly done blunt cut with entire sections that are completely uneven. I will NEVER go back to Extreme Hair Design OR Janelle's spa/boutique and now I have to figure out where to go to get this monstrosity of a hair cut fixed. So disappointed.
