Je viens d’appeler et la réceptionniste m’a mentionné qu’elle venait de commencer il y a deux semaines et admis avoir fait une erreur en ne me référant pas à une coiffeuse senior. De plus, j’ai tenté de lui expliquer et elle m’a traité d’agressive et m’a raccroché la ligne au nez. Hum…mon ton était pourtant correct quoique j’exprimais mon insatisfaction. Il y a longtemps que je n’étais pas allée à ce salon et je me rends compte que le service à la clientèle a de quoi à être amélioré. 67$ c’est un peu cher payé pour une coupe mal taillée. Pour combler une disponibilité dans l’agenda d’une coiffeuse, la réceptionniste n’a pas su écouter mon besoin. Dommage !

Another cut bangs which I never asked for and hated, and the same one forgot to put the olaplex in my hair, causing further damage, because she was 'overly busy'. Insulted me when I broke in tears. With yet another hairdresser, I always have my roots done blonde, like the rest of my hair, but it was brown with red highlights. When I finally complained to the manager she only refunded me half of my total bill of $175, which is absurd to begin with. Then she asked me not to come back, which was already my intention after so many disappointments, and made me feel like I was the problem. The one hairdresser which I actually LOVED and did a fantastic job actually left their business shortly after I had found her. One big nightmare.
