I was there last Saturday to get my hair done for a wedding. My friend recommended this place, we’ll never again. The place was dirty, the towels sticky and dirty as well, they can’t even blow dry your hair. I can do a better job at home. Dirty cutleries laying around everywhere, left there without washing them and still have food left on it. This place is not clean at all. Not even good customer service, not kind people at all. My friend who used to go there won’t be back either. Don’t recommend this place. If you don’t want to have this experience better find another place.

First time here today and very satisfied with my new haircut! I just happened to want a haircut so bad today before the long weekend and found this place near where I live so I gave it a try. I made a call earlier trying to make an appointment but they don’t really reserve time for appointments. If you want a fresh haircut with a fair price, just go :) and they have a super duper cute shiba in the shop, extra points lol

Worst experience!! Last time a lady cut my hair and was The Best But now a man cut it, he dont even understand what i wanted to say. The guy name was ‘Sam’ i believe, he was so unprofessional, dont know what he is doing. He dont even know basics of cutting, its not your farm where one just cut crops, its hair and there is a way to cut it.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The staff is lazy and will not care if you like your haircut. They'll take 5 min to cut your hair and then ask for the money. I guess you get what you pay for here (it was a $10 haircut). Just spend an extra $10 and get your haircut elsewhere. Would give zero stars if I could.

My daughter went there today and asked for 1 inch to be cut off instead the lady got the scissors crazy and butched the hair - 5 inches gone. it took years to grow her curly hair - all gone do to hairdresser error. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. My daughter left in shock.

I was there for highlights in the end of the job there were no highlights and she was charging 85 $ for nothing, she call the police and police said go on review and post this incident on that so people will not get RIP off .it was extremely bad experience I have go through .

I have been going to Trendy for many years. Sam and Winnie were my favourite stylists. I think the business has been sold to new owner(s). The premises have been renovated and looks brighter, cleaner, and more spacious. The two staff members, a man and a woman in their thirties, are friendly and competent, but I don’t believe that they were honest about the change of ownership, probably because they don’t want customers to ask where Sam and Winnie went. According to the woman they are on vacation indefinitely because they are old and afraid of catching COVID-19. They might come back when business improves. Hmmm! I think Winnie sold the business and relocated, taking some of the customers with her and the new owners are afraid of losing more customers. When did this all happen? When my daughter visited about one month ago, nothing had changed. I am asking anyone who knows more to post a reply. Where has Winnie and Sam gone??? ????????☹️

Just got a haircut from this salon today. Probably the best cut I've ever had. My hair was pretty long before and he ended up cutting half of it off (now it's a little more than an inch past my collarbone). My hairdresser was very careful with symmetry (I always have a problem with this wherever I go). Also, he took his time and didn't rush. It's important to know that my hair was super thick and unmanageable. What was really surprising though was the price. It was only $10 (usually at these Asian salons they would charge $20+ for my hair). Definitely recommend this place!
