Just had a haircut this afternoon and all the staff where so friendly and nice. After I viewed all the positive reviews here, it was all true.It was my first time to go here and had a really short hair cut and it turned out amazing. It is exactly what I want in the picture and they even give you tips to make ur hair Healthy❤️. I paid $20 plus tip and I didn’t regret to come here. Unlike other salons they charge u so extra. Definitely recommend this place.

I came in here today with a recommendation from a friend and I had a great experience. Rachel is super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I got a haircut and my eyebrows threaded for less than $20! What a great price and on top of that she does a fantastic job. The salon is also very clean & polished. I will be recommending this place to all of my friends. You should check it out!

This is such a warm and welcoming place to go to. All three ladies (Susan, Rachel and Linda) are very kind and love to make small talk; something I just love because at times it might be too awkward or silent in hair salons. Susan was the one who did my hair and I am quite pleased with how it turned out. She gave me some suggestions along with the hairstyle that I wanted, and the cut was even better than what I had imagined! Definitely my new favourite place!

I first used this salon 4 months ago, and after that I have been here two more times. I regret to say that my last two visits were not the greatest. Once I asked for a specific hair colour and it was NOTHING like what I asked and I even showed them a picture and I was NOT happy, I did mention to them and they said that that is the colour I wanted..but that's not true. My bill was over $200 and I still gave like $10 tip.. Anyways, my last visit was Sat Oct 6 - I was only able to get a few bucks off on the set and style since my colour on the previous visit did not turn out the way it should have been. But this visit I found that the hairdresser who was helping me was a bit more harsh, in terms of pulling my hair and then the worst of it all is that when she was doing my upper lip threading she cut the corner of my lip, and I didn't realize at the time but she wiped the blood off with a kleenex and that's when I noticed and then she said 'oh your skin is dry', I did not make a big deal out of it because I thought ok it's just a cut will heal and go away. UNFORTUNATELY, that was not the case, the wound got infected and the cut got bigger and till today I am having difficulty opening my mouth wider to eat or trouble brushing, it stings, I have been applying some cream to avoid infection..anyways, long story short I even TIPPED the salon and the hairdresser for the service, OVERLOOKING that the damage was done. I am done with this salon, excuse my politeness but I will not come here again! And it was due to my kindness that I waited some time and was wondering whether I should write this review or not, but I have to be honest and advise the potential and current customers and everyone who will see this. We all work hard for our money and no one deserves to give money and get hurt, seriously. Professionalism and being diligent is key!! Please learn to treat your customers with kindness and be gentle when you are doing services for them and don't cause any damage. I haven't call the salon yet and advise them of this, but I am sure they are aware and I will make sure I do call today.

Rachel, Susan and Linda are AMAZING. Rachel have been cutting and colouring my hair for quite a few years now. She's always honest when you are contemplating a new hairstyle and/or colour. The colouring technique they use never damage my hair or dry it out. You go to some places and they put so much bleaching chemicals that it's damaging to your hair. Rachel and Susan do NOT do that. You can't beat the price either. You're getting top salon service and quality without the cost. I've referred many friends to them and they all rave about them and can't believe how little they charge. I've never left not liking my haircut.

I have been cutting my hair at this saloon for the past 7 years when they were at the old location.even though its a 20 minutes drive for me to get my hair cut every 3 weeks I still do it because I feel very comfortable and the hair dresser knows what kind of a style I like.excellent customer service,resonable pricing for a working man like me and above all cleanliness.even though its a 20 minutes drive for me while there is saloon 2 mins from where I live I still take the time to visit this place every 3 weeks.

Wow Star Beauty was one of the best salons I have ever been too!!!
