I have been having my hair cut by Andy since the early 80's. Where ever Andy goes, i would follow. Now my teenage son also gets his hair cut from Andy as well. Andy is always up-to-date with current hair trends, hair highlights and color. His knowledge of hair and his cutting skills are immeasurable. I have never seen another stylist who is able to cut hair with scissors in both hands. I have always recommended New Wave Hair Studio to my friends and family, they have all remained his clients, that shows how consistent he is. I have highly recommend Andy!

Simple place, clean, friendly and great skill. They don't just put a buzzer to your head, they actually use scissors and listen to your requests but also will tell you the truth if your selection won't match your skin tones or face shape.

My internet search for a good hair salon led me to New Wave. I am so glad I was encouraged with the good reviews. Andy did a really amazing job in coloring and cutting my hair the way I wanted it unlike all the places I tried where I go home disappointed. The price is really worth it as they don't rush and meticulously do their job. John, the other stylist, washed my hair and massaged my scalp really nice. I got thick long hair which required more hair color and longer application, but Andy did not charge me more since I am a first time customer. Bring cash when you go there as they don't accept Visa or interact payment. Try them soon and be satisfied and happy.

Andy did an amazing haircut, it turned out exactly how I wanted it from showing him a couple photos. Very thorough, took his time to understand the style I was going for. Everyone gave me compliments at a party the following day, very happy with the end result. Pricing is great for the quality cut you get, with the hair wash included in. No BS. Due to covid, I was the only one there which made the experience comfortable, no waiting around just right to the chair to get it done.
