Got a $130 color and two weeks later the greys are peeping through again..Grrrrrr! Will definitely go back to using $8 box dye!! But you can get a conditioning treatment cheap!! The owner is great and kind as well as the staff

Got my hair colored done by Megan. Didn’t get what I asked for even after prior online consultation. I was disappointed but didn’t say anything at that point since it was more than a 5 hour process and Megan and the owner was really sweet so couldn’t say anything at that point. She did a good work at the ends by going blonde but nothing from the top. The toner was used twice on my hair to get the results. I was really excited for this as it was for my birthday. But now most of the time I have a tie my hair because it’s simply not what I expected. ***Update I spoke to the owner today with an impression to resolve the issue, but instead he was arrogant and asked me that why am i being negative and calling after 5 weeks. Well i tried to explain that its not something i wanted and i waited to see that may be after sometime it might look good on me. I have paid for this stuff and I have a right to express and give me opinion. In the end i told him that I dont expect anything from him and I dont know why i was even asked to call. This was embarrassing! Megan is really talented, i liked her work on others but on my hair I wanted something more which was discussed with her.

Went to Impressions to get my hair coloured 1 day before vacation. After many people saying it wasn’t a good idea, I went to Impressions for a consultation. After the gentlemen explained to me how it was very much possible without damaging my hair I got my hair coloured blonde that very same day. The blonde looked awesome when finished & looked even BETTER during vacation just like they said it would. No major damage to my hair or scalp after all that. Would recommend 10/10, very knowledge with lots of experience to go with it!

I have been coming to this salon for 20 years, and the atmosphere is incredible. The staff is friendly, informing and very skillful with what they do. Especially Nick Romano. His professionalism with his customers, knowledge and customer service is one of the best. He will not hesitate to answer any questions, go out of his way to make your appointment more pleasurable and is just a gentlemen with every single client. His new, up and coming Savage Beard Essential Oil line is incredible. All of this products are homemade and work great with all types of beard. I have personally seen a major difference in my beard health over the years. He has a variety of different products, ranging from beard oils to beard balms. He constantly strives to make himself and his product better each day. A 5 star review is a no brainer.

Honestly I haven’t gotten my hair cut since 2013 and it took me a while to find the perfect salon and to trust someone with my hair again.... that being said, Impressions was a great first impression and I loved the end result of my hair! Joe, Megan and Nick were all sooo friendly and amazing, I’ve never had the experience I’ve had with them ever! Much recommended, they are a group of hair stylists that are worth cheating on your regular barber/hair salon for :) loved them and I do plan on coming back whenever I need anything to do with my hair! Not only did they take the time to give me a thorough consultation, they gave me tips and tricks for eating habits and remedies that would benefit my hair growth, they treat you as if you’re part of their family and actually care for you and your hair! I left the place smiling and it’s been a long while since I’ve been satisfied with the outcome of my hair!

Such as waste of time! There is a reason they had an appointment available last minute on a Saturday and that’s because they deceive you with price. $92 and up for a full head of highlights actually means $180 + tax for a full head of highlights because you need to add and $40 for toner and $36 for them to wash and blow dry your hair. I’m not sure how you could do a full head of highlights without washing the hair afterwards. My hair goes to my upper/mid back, it’s not short but it’s not that long either! Buyer beware. I gave an extra star only because Maria informed me of the price before doing my hair. Clearly, she know the website was deceiving.

I was nervous about getting my hair done because it’s so big and long, but everyone here was SO professional, very thorough consultation, and really took the time to plan a strategy to make my hair look absolutely gorgeous. Meghan looked at what I wanted, and it honestly turned out PERFECT! She fully transformed my brown hair into the most fabulous light blonde, and it was exactly what I envisioned. I’m also nervous about people cutting too much hair off, and Meghan totally understood. She literally took off like 2 millimeters, just enough to make it look perfect. I’m so impressed, it was my first time going there and I would recommend anyone to come here. They do amazing work! Thank you so much, I’m SO happy with my hair!

My Mom has been coming here for a couple years to have her hair done and was happy up until her last visit. She was charged $300.00 for extremely short hair that was nothing close to what she asked for. The highlights would not come through her hair and was charged for several toner applications. Prices have been increased due to Covid, she was not told how much she would be charged before the process. Her hair was nothing what she asked for or expected and had to go elsewhere to have her hair corrected, thankfully for half the price of what she was charged at Impressions Salon. Very disappointed.

Went there for the first time yesterday and had the best experience I've ever had at a salon! Joe was amazing right from the time I walked in the door. Before he even touched my hair we talked at length about what I wanted and he took the time to explain the process to me and broke down how much things were going to cost. I got my balayage done by Meghann and she was incredible! I went into the salon with virgin thick black hair and came out with beautiful highlights. She was super patient and meticulous with my hair. She is definitely an expert when it comes to lightning asian hair and creating a beautiful and seamless blend. My hair still feels so healthy after the bleach. I highly recommend getting your hair done with Meghann!

The staff are incredibly friendly and try very hard to create a positive atmosphere and relationship with their clients. When you are at Impressions it is an individualized experience.
