My son had an appointment today. His hair was up in a ponytail and the stylist right off the hop said, we can't do your hair. He then asked if he could ask about some products, she said when he's ready he could come back. The stylist was rude and ignorant about it. This was his first time to a salon and this was how he was treated. This was how she treated a potential new client. He left hurt and had a panic attack. She has no clue how to be just a polite person. No people skills at all. He ended up going to THE CURL AMBASSADORS who did an amazing job on his hair.

I’m the type of person that would cry when I’d get my hair cut in the past. Shenil the owner took her time to explain to me the process of cut and color, and was realistic about whether or not I could attain a certain look or color- or how long it would take to get there. It was a crucial piece of info I was missing which would often leave me frustrated after appointments with other hair dressers because no one would explain - and just say yes to my requests and leave me sad and disappointed with my look. Thanks to her and her openness, I always leave feeling and looking great.

I just took haircut from there and they ruined my long hairs and it was so costly.I asked for layer cut and the woman, he did nothing but just did my hair straight and unequal In length. I wasted my money there.Doesnt matter what we told them about specific cut but they never listen. Never Recommended. So upset about first experience there.

Channel is an amazing styliist. I have curly, thick hard to manage hair, she works wonders with it. She has an amazing eye for color too. Since I found her I have never gone anywhere else. Good prices for the magic!!!

I've been coming to this salon for over 25 years. I moved away and I still come here for my hair. During these times of covid, the stylist wore a mask the entire time. I was asked to remove a strap and hold my mask. I felt very safe.
