I got my brows waxed , told i dont want them to be thing just need extras off. She changed the whole shape of my brows and one brow thin and other thick. I was about to cry bcz that cant be fixed. Charged really high . I would not recommend eyebrow wax . Its horrible

Not sanitary or clean at all but neither is 99% of the nail salons in the soo. Pretty sloppy job as well. I could probably do a better job with supplies from sallys. Nail tech was friendly tho but male nail tech was rude to my daughter.

I have heard for hours on end about how my girlfriend wanted 1 inch off her hair from this place and they cut off nearly three leaving her with hair up to about her ears. Shes too nice to leave her own review so I'm doing it for her. Terrible

I got my hair cut by Jess. She was really professional, knew what she was doing. I always keep trying new barbershops because I never get satisfactory haircuts but this time It was very impressive and I will definitely be back. The results exceed my expectations and I left very happy. Super skillful and efficient. Also the salon has quick and friendly staff. 10/10 :)

Horrible. The worst hair cut and style I ever had. I wear bangs and have shoulder length curly hair. The girl cut my hair so that it Looks like bangs around my hair then it hangs with hardly curls because it's cut horribly. I look like I have 3 different hair styles. Tnetes nothing I can do unless I want my hair 2 itches all around. Really. You hire people who don't know how to cut hair.

Your experience will be determined ENTIRELY by what hair dresser/stylist you go with. I have two I go too regularly and they are excellent. I have had a terrible experience ONCE, but my regular stylist accommodated and made it better. Be picky about who you let touch your hair.

Got my nails done there for the 1st time, there's 40 bucks I cant get back. The nail technician I felt was rude and rushed, my nails are basically different shapes. Never going there again ... But I did get my hair done once there and I was happy with the results

I recently attended modern nails located in Hollywood station mall. Within 20 minutes of leaving the salon the shellac on my nails had peeled back, exposing still wet polish, leaving me covered in black polish. I went back to give them a chance to fix their mistake, understanding the things happen. I was completely brushed off and told that they didn’t have time to fix their mistake. I’m now left with completely botched nails, having to pay another salon to fix modern nails mistake!
