I didn't even get my hair cut it was my boyfriend, which literally took 5 mins... I walked around the mall once and was surprised by how little time it took for her to "cut" his hair.The lady did not listen to what he wanted, did not take the time to even give him a proper hair cut, I was extremely shocked his hair still looked dead and not at all what he wanted. Absolute waste of his money. It's unfortunate because there are extremely skilled and talented hairdressers there, he just didn't get one.

I came in and asked for a high and tight haircut, I asked her I she knew what that was and she said “mostly” I regrettably agreed and went along it started off nice with a nice side cutting but she then took a long strip off the top, she then continued even though I was in visible distress, she finished off. Will not be going her again.

Hollywood Salon! As much a part of Sault Ste. Marie as Bon Soo, The Greyhounds, or the boardwalk! The only place I would let my mom take me as a young child, because it wasn't boring and everyone was friendly. The years may have flew by and Hollywood Salon has been through many a facelift over the years always keeping the place looking modern, yet still keeping that comfortable vibe. I was especially satisfied with my most recent visit! I received a haircut from Nick! You may recognize Nick as the young man who has been ringing through your tans, and your haircuts ever since he was tall enough to see over the counter. Always with a smile and making sure you're satisfied with your visit. What a great cut! First of all I have to say that it was one of the most comfortable feeling haircuts I've received in a long time. No pinching, or pulling on the hair with the clippers. He was very very comfortable with the scissors as well. I actually made a comment of the young ladies working that I was so relaxed I was almost falling asleep in the chair. Then the appearance! Wow! If I could have chosen ANY haircut from any photo, in any magazine in the world to have as my haircut I would not have been this satisfied. The same comfortable feeling and excellent customer service that I've come to expect from Nick was ever present in his new role as my barber. So whether you're getting your haircut for a Job interview, catching some tanning to build up a base for that trip down south, or picking up one of their hundreds of hair products at their always impressively fair pricing. If you'd like to receive great service and feel at home. Go visit Hollywood in the Cambrian Mall. You'll be happy you did.

If you specify your hair texture they can usually match you up with a hairdresser that is good dealing with that type of hair so your not placed with someone that is good with straight hair and you happen to have curly hair.

I go here mostly for tanning. The people are always friendly. Rooms are always clean and well prepared. Lost the 1 star because of their high product pricing. I’ve paid $75 for a bottle of tanning lotion before, when I found the same bottle on amazon for $30.

Well - booked for colour & cut-staff were friendly & I liked the cut. I showed pics on my phone of the colours I liked - when I walked out my hubby asked me why I didn’t get it coloured ?! So , time & money wasted .

I went in for a haircut although I usually go to the one at Station Mall. I said only a trim on the top, not half of it. She then proceeded to cut my hair and said “let’s make you look ladylike!”. I am a guy, it looks so stupid. Absolutely never going here again. Made me feel so terrible since I couldn’t correct her and she messed up my hair.

The worst experience of life at a saloon. The hair stylist was rude and didn't had any sense of pleasing customer. She was impatient and got angry when i told her to do little bit more. If someone was waiting for her she shouldn't have picked me first because if i visit a saloon i would like to have a great experience. This thing i could do on my own. I came up from Elliot Lake for the night and decided to come in for a haircut. I showed the girl what I was trying to achieve. She put some foils in and colored my hair. It is awful. I had my glasses off while she was cutting my hair and when I put them on I should have said " what the actual f--." I was horrified. I couldn't even talk. I paid and even left a tip not sure why. I think I was in shock. My bill was over $100.00 and my hair was already short. I would like the owner to respond to me so I can send you a pick of what she did. I use to get my hair done by your daughterinlaw and wished she would have been there. Today I have to get a other color put in because it's that bad. She scalped me. That is the first time I ever had tears in my eyes from a haircut. Never again will I be back.

Out of every time I went there, they never cut my hair properly. They never listen to what I want them to do so I always end up coming out looking like a retard. I went yesterday to Hollywood Cambrian mall and they didn't even cut my hair even. Also when I told them EXACTLY what I wanted they always missed about 70% on what I said even though I was LOUD AND CLEAR, plus they would just add in random stuff to what I said. I don't suggest your u going here, and I wish I could give them something worse then a 1 star rating.

I looked up reviews first on this outfit before going and the first one I seen was that they are anti vaccination and I didn't need to look further, I knew Hollywood was where I was getting my ears lowered. That means to me they don't discriminate and are professional, you want a service they will provide it, like the way it use to be. 30 bucks is about average in this inflated world. They did a good job and would go back again, very friendly and they followed health guidelines. Thank you.

Absolutely horrible at cutting hair , the young people there came straight out of college and have ZERO experience and over priced. They have their own line of hair products and it's pretty much like the free soap you get at hotels. All locations of this store are just as bad so don't think things will change cuz you went to another location.

Best place in the Sault to get your nails done. John and Michael do an amazing job and are so friendly. We have been to multiple other nail salons and we have always had the best experience and results here. Definitely recommend! We also buy our hair products here and they often have good sales which we like. Gives an opportunity to try new stuff at a reasonable price.
