The barber in the left chair cut my 6 year old sons hair today, he did a great job!!! The only down side is my son won't stop checking his self out in the mirror. If I lived in the area I would take my son to get his haircut here as frequently as needed. Thanks Alot

I love this place! The sense of community and camaraderie is great! Strangers are friends within its walls. You get a great haircut out of the deal as well. I also appreciate that Dave laughs at my jokes, even when they aren't that funny. I have been looking for a new barbershop for 2 years! I have tried everyone in town, yes even Walmart and Dave at Bingham Ave. is the very best in every way. Fantastic cut and excellent service. Have been going here for a couple of months to get my hair cut. This place makes a guy feel welcome. You get a "Hi, how are ya?" when you walk through the door and the wait is pretty short. Old school barber shop feel.

End of an Era! They used to have at least 2 barbers and sometimes 3 working. You only had to wait 10 or 15 minutes before you got in the chair. Now they have only one barber so you have to wait up to an hour for a 10 minuter hair cut. The last straw was today when I got up early and drove 10 minutes to town to be the first in the chair on Saturday morning and they are randomly CLOSED! Now I have to make an appointment at a F***ing salon! Sad to see that in the U.P., our town has a total of 3, 1 chair barbershops.

My husband gets his haircut there every 4 weeks. He really likes how they cut his hair. He has tried other places, but he says, "no one knows how to do a flat top like they do". I think he also likes the atmosphere there because it is a barbershop not a beauty shop.

Waited for over an hour and when it was my turn I stood up to move into the chair. At this time another customer stepped in front of me and sat down in the chair. I explained that I was next however his response was that he was going now. The owner just allowed this unexcusable behavior and began his haircut. I would never use this barbershop again due to the unprofessional attitude of the owner. Very disappointing!
